A smooth experience in a crowded room
What do you like best about the product?
My experience is with Lucidspark. It's a great tool that's highly focused on being great for flowcharts, and then some other stuff. It's pretty simple to pick up for a first-timer, and offers lots of customization within the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found the UX to be simpler on Miro, and there are free options out there such as draw.io , so it's a little challenging to recommend it at an enterprise level. Additionally, Lucidspark doesn't work well with mobile in my experience, compared to Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a collaborative project timeline into a single space that allows team members to work on it together.
Lucid's version is very comfortable and easy to use. It looks modern compared to other competitor

Real-time sync with other collaborator and easy to use

so far there is none but I would like to suggest the improvement of performance in old laptop. I hope it will be lighter and smoother

Great Flowcharts and Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the clean look of the flow charts I've been able to make on Lucidchart. I needed a different way to visualize my data and organize ideas and it's been great! I also love the whiteboard on Lucidspark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the editing capabilities aren't self-explanatory and I've had to watch Youtube videos of how to make things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a bunch of data that we wanted to group and organize but we didn't know how many layers, and the mind mapping helped us see it all very well.

Outdated interface and hard to use for the first time

It is just about there, but it is missing features like BPMN 2.0 structure.

It is pretty straightforward to use - almost as a detriment.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is missing the ability to import .bpmn files - an accepted file format for business process modeling. This is a large miss as it immediately classifies the product as a second tier business process modeling tool. ISO 19510 outlines BPMN 2.0. It should be supported as a minimum.

Communicating simple BPMN. It does not support complex modeling.
Good tools available, big learning curve. Trial version didn't appear to offer full access to tools
