Account mapping needs to include Lucid charts!
What do you like best about the product?
The templates on offer get you to think about account mapping in ways I hadn't previously considered. I also think the word documents could be a bit more user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The copy and paste functionality is lacking, and it needs to include adding formatting. Also the

Viewing accounts in a different way that goes beyond what you tend to get within most CRM's.
I found that I can use Lucid Chart just to track my own complex projects in Technical Sales -
What do you like best about the product?
I love how i can just drop shapes and link them easily, showing workflow for my basic projects.
Links to boards are easily copy-pasted into my other priority tools
I can also create links to other pages, drilling down on a project to further refind steps - linking back-and-forth between the two pages. I can employ a method I learned from an apple software called 'Inshort' - by Shortki - which is not available in a web interface or on windows.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could use shortcut keys to add a note to a node
I wish I could add a link to a node to another page in fewer clicks
Ideally, I am looking for something that can execute the 'click and follow' workflow that I learned in using the inshort app on ios or macOS. It allows you to click off nodes, and the dependencies linked by an arrow are then made actionable.
Lucid chart could create this functionality, it is the best project management tool i've ever used, I am using Lucidchart to execute on this strategy I learned from Inshort (in macOC or IOS)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects in my role as technical account manager, require follow ups, analysis of best practices, recalling what dependencies are, and I use Lucid chart to follow the best courses of action/recall where a project is at, while rotating through 100+ projects (doing my account management work).
Lucid Chart's ability to have a canvass from which to work, for every problem, and a folder tree that is easy, with referenceable links, has been a game changer for me.

Easy to use, makes great looking work!
What do you like best about the product?
It was easy to use, and the finished product looks really pretty and uncluttered. I had gone through many other flowcharting apps and none compare to LucidChart. I love how the page expands as your ideas grow, as opposed to having to increase the page size to make it all fit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was not fond of how it exported my documents into other formats. There were spelling errors, and entire words and phrases were omitted from the final product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was developing a program and needed to know how each feature related to each other and what information I wanted the user to enter. It helped organize my thoughts and made me more productive. I am now saving my company time and money due to the program I have created with the help of LucidChart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend other users use all the features available. Explore the app and enhance your experience, as there are many fun things that you can do with this app.

It is straightforward to create complex diagrams that serve your needs because It offers a wide variety of templates and is easy to learn. It is perfect for collaboration between people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom feature sometimes goes out of control. Maybe it is because of my mouse, but I don't see why it can be zoomed out more than the actual sheet when I have no other sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my daily work, we use Lucid from the moment we make a high overview of the project's architecture until it becomes a fine-grained architecture and the development starts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a business that needs to plan something requiring charts or diagrams, Lucidchart is a great choice.
Lucidchart for product design

Simplicity and the colaboartive features make more easier the workflow to delivery and understand ideas.

The lack of integration with design software like Figma and Adobe XD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize Ideas of brainstorming new features of minimum viable products, handoff design ideas to the developers, and also discuss and improve new requirements at a low level
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I need a collaborative tool that let me work with other teammates in different parts of the world
Decent diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Good templates for a variety of use cases.
Navigating an existing chart (pan, scroll, zoom, etc...) is intuitive.
Directory of my team's charts is easy to navigate, as is document sharing.

What do you dislike about the product?
Actually creating a diagram from scratch isn't fun. I still use a whiteboard when I'm trying to create because the tool (with keyboard and mouse) interrupts flow.
I'd also like better versioning tools to show document history more intuitively.
I'd also like better versioning tools to show document history more intuitively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's better than PowerPoint, but not as good as a whiteboard, for making diagrams. It's a solid platform for making technical diagrams for sharing with others.
Diagramming Flows
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart makes it quick and easy to diagram and create flows for visibility. Great for collaboration and presentation!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the copy and drag and drop functions are tough to manage, and the arrows can be unwieldy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving working away from Google docs for creating clear-cut, easy-to-follow diagram flows that would have been difficult to craft othewise!
Nice and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. There is a template for algorithm flowchart, which made my life much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to resize the page layout. I wanted to make my diagram longer instead of wider. There might be a way to do this, but I could not find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Illustrate how a piece of equipment works.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, very likely to meet your requirements. Professional-looking diagrams.
