Great product, really easy to use.

There are tonnes of templates to use covering a wide range of business processes. The flexibility of Lucidchart has helped with building out the functional strategy of our new business unit.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation of features for the 3 free Lucidcharts. You should be given at least 1 Lucidchart which has all features activated.

Simple, effective, always works
What do you like best about the product?
I typically use it to replace whiteboarding now I work remotely. I love the fact that you can create complex diagrams but can keep things simple if necessary. I can treat it as a whiteboard where my work automatically saves and is organized in one place. I've never experienced oddities of missing work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes on my mac, I struggle a bit to drag and drop entities. Additionally, there could be quicker tools to expand the workplace and enter the desired zoom level.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Again, replacing whiteboarding in my day-to-day is the most common use. To visualize ideas in my head when trying to solve problems. I originally moved to paper and pencil, however organizing, saving, and sharing diagrams is made easier with Lucidchart
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Simple way to continue to have a classic whiteboarding experience to collaborate with employees while we move towards a more distributed work.
35 year programming experience.
What do you like best about the product?

None, because of last bug I exposed.
Easy to use and flexible mind mapping
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to pick-up, intuitive and comes with a set of comprehensive templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to be able to expand the pager size (maybe already possible?)

- You can export your work in Visio file formats
- Has a free version too.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Exporting files and then accessing them via other software messes up the flow diagram; it is a problem if you plan to send your file across to users of other software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid chart to create work-related flow diagrams. Since it is an online solution, I can access it from anywhere worldwide and don't have to depend on my laptop.
Does everything I require
What do you like best about the product?
I have been able to use this system without needing any training at all, and there has been a real "pick up and play" feel to this. And I have still been able to achieve what I needed for the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
As yet I have not come across anything that I feel could have been done better. But from what I have used so far, these would only be minor changes from I could imagine anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an inexpensive way for us to be able to produce high-quality flow and process charts and diagrams that we are able to use both internally and with customer-facing aspects that we can be proud of.
This was the perfect software to create Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
The software was very user-friendly for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting to different software, it didn't come over correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating an org chart in other software is very time-consuming and challenging. With Lucidchart it helped align and size everything without having to put a lot of effort or time into it.
Long time free tier user, now an Enterprise user
What do you like best about the product?
I stumbled on Lucidchart many years ago when I was trying to create a quick visio diagram on a new machine that didn't have Visio installed. Instead of going through a lengthy software request and installation process. I decided to give Lucidchart a try. The signup process for a free-tier was straightforward, and I was creating diagram within minutes after signed up. I felt no need for Visio anymore, and I've been using Lucidchart ever since. I like the interface is very intuitive. The diagrams are modern and slick. It has a plethora of templates to get you started on anything you want to do. The diagrams assets are saved in the cloud and readily accessible from anywhere. The compatibility and accessibility are on top of my list in term of a product's usability and Lucidchart really nailed it.
I am not a poweruser, I create diagrams on occasion and Lucid free-tier offered everything that I need. I really didn't think it would get any better for me until I got the enterprise access and it brought the product to another level.
For one, it has even more templates and the templates provided easy tutorials for you to upload your own data. The second big quality of life change is the collaboration and integrations layer. Working and sharing diagrams with other parties couldn't be easier and it really was a joy to work with.
If you are looking to do 1 off diagram on occassion, the free-tier should be enough. If you need to collaborate with others, then I would suggest so with the paid tier.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the GUI was intuitive for the most part, occasionally, I found myself digging around trying to enable/disable specific controls. For example, when I was working on an Org chart diagram, I couldn't drag the individual shape to a location that I wanted. It might be the limitation of the Org-chart widget but I'm not sure.
There are still some minor bugs here and there. For example, if you have portrait image links in your org chart widget, it displays fine in edit mode. However, when you try to publish or export the diagram, it won't export the images.
