Very effective tool for diagramming, made my life lot easier to document or prepare for presentation
What do you like best about the product?
It's the templates and the tools that are readily available which help me to design the flows in a much better way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such so far as it has all the toolset needed for diagramming, if we would have the icons of certain COTS products then the diagrams will be more appealing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work more on new project proposals and budget approvals from CIO, so it helps me to do my job
Good Diagraming Tool

Unable to arrange texts alignment for icons.

Intuitive chart creation for process flow
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very easy to pick up and use Lucid chart without any formal instructions or tutorials. Drop-in a shape, and connect away. I particularly like the hover-over text that tells the shape's general use-case/function.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is occasionally hard to get a process diagram to fit onto one page. I have had to shrink my diagrams down for printing. This hasn't been a huge issue, but having the ability to size all shapes down a notch would be an excellent addition to the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are creating a brand new process. I have found that the Lucidchart software is very versatile for revisions. I quickly re-vised the chart when the team combined a couple of process steps. I have enjoyed using the software.
Easy & Simple Flow Charts for All
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple and easy to use. It's not hard to jump in and start flow charting. If you have some experience with other tools, this is a piece of cake to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it's only on the web, and it's hard to find the chart elements you really want to use sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showing the flow of leads through systems & programs. Helps with marketing program design and to visualize all of the steps. Also super helpful in sharing that information with stakeholders.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For the price, it's hard to beat.
Diagramming looks fun
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive. Also, the collaborative way of working is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have really anything to point out as a downside.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart working collaboratively in design and planning business flows are a lot easier.
Lucid Chart is the first tool I think of.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of creating a diagram. My company had a lunch and learn focusing on lucid chart . It was fantastic to see all the AWS elements built-in since our company focuses on AWS. I like the ability to link documents to one another and creating a story or a hierarchical diagram that can walk us through a workflow, for example. its not complicated to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
getting lost around elements making sure you select the right element can be challenging if they are layered but not deal-breaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me design a tech stack map showing all our integrations with our CRM. it will also help illustrate our workflows

Try it out; it hits a lot of marks, and should make your life easier to communicate complicated work flows
Great for Org Charts
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to build and edit org charts and quickly export them to share via pdf

Nothing I can think of! Overall it is user friendly and get the job done

It's quick and effective in supporting me in designing flow/process charts, no matter how complicated.

I can't think of anything I dislike. The product has provided everything that i was seeking.

Diagramming - it has made it much more accessible, as well as fun to use, and helped me relay complex information in a much more simplified visual manner.

Provides great templates to consider and is not as costly as some other software.

Lucid is very easy to learn how to use. Because it is so easy, you can jump right in and start using the tool.

There isn't anything that I dislike at this time.

We wanted to understand better who is responsible during each phase of a process. Lucid has helped us explain the steps of the process and identify who on the team owns that step.

If you want clarity in your processes, Lucid is an easy way to do it.
Easy to use online diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I believe is the ability to import from a large library of templates. Also the ability to import Salesforce data is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing from my experience so far.

Object diamgrams, process flows, sequence diagrams and others for conveying information to clients.
