Great ease of pictorial idea representation through robust diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The containers, lines, shapes, and the ability to search images across the web to add to my document lets me efficiently create flow charts, data flow diagrams and much more for my current project.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences and Lucid has always worked doing better in this area than many other similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clear, professional diagrams I create with Lucid are used in presentations to communicate project plans, efficiency gains, and show progress of different activities to completion.
Seamless Transition and Unmatched Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for various team activities including PI Planning, Collaborative Prioritization, Team Building, Retrospectives, and Strategic Workshops. The new Agile Accelerator feature is particularly helpful for scaling our practices effectively. The suite significantly aids in collaborating with our globally distributed teams through asynchronous communication, which has improved our efficiency. I love its seamless integration with Azure DevOps, which enhances our workflow by providing a clean and clear UI along with several collaborative and visual tools. The integration provides a seamless experience, allowing us to visualize our work more effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciate Lucid's integration with Slack, which further supports our collaboration efforts. Transitioning to Lucid from Miro was a remarkably smooth process thanks to Lucid's dedicated team who ensured we were well-trained and assisted with migrating important data. Overall, my positive experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite culminates in a perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more card styling options through rule building in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Specifically, the ability to set rules that change the color of cards under certain conditions would enhance the flexibility and functionality of the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to effectively collaborate with globally distributed teams asynchronously, visualize work through a clear UI with collaborative tools, and enhance project management via integration with Azure DevOps and Slack.
Visual and reliable for quick diagram creation and easy overview
What do you like best about the product?
The tool succeeds by offering great templates that help me create diagrams in a creative way. The digital whiteboard is super intuitive and I like the drag-and-drop interface which is perfect for quick shapes placement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any drawback using this tool, there is a lot of room to set up many diagrams, flowcharts, or wireframes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with create and manage detailed organizational chart to aid in workforce planning and I lay out all the details regarding the reporting process within the company.
Excited for Team Collaboration, Needs Better Training
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Chart incredibly effective for creating flow charts, as it simplifies the process of building a comprehensive story on data flow. The user-friendly nature makes it very easy for me to integrate it into presentations, such as those in PowerPoint. Additionally, I enjoy the ability to collaborate efficiently with my team using Lucid, which enhances our collective productivity and creativity. Although I have not yet explored the full capabilities of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I'm excited about its potential for seamless team collaboration and the possibility to integrate AI Agents in the future. This anticipation, combined with my positive experiences with Lucid Chart, makes me highly likely to recommend the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to others, evidenced by my rating of 10 out of 10.

Intuitive Design for Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is simply to use. The drag-and-drop functionality, the clean UI, and the intelligence built into the canvas make diagramming faster. Connecting shapes, maintaining perfect alignment, and automatically routing lines feels organic and natural. I found it easier to use than other gui based programs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see ability to create a shape from specific Network vendors. I found this ability in Visio to be better.

imporved network diagrams and Flows to share between team members.

I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be the easiest program I have used for creating drafts and designing graphs. As someone who does not enjoy working with shapes and tools like PowerPoint, the intuitive nature of this software is refreshing. I prefer simplicity and ease of use, and the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite fulfills this need by providing a user-friendly interface. I particularly appreciate how the program offers handy shapes that can be easily dragged, dropped, and flipped without the need for tutorials or additional resources. This functionality allows me to create graphs quickly and efficiently without requiring extensive effort or guidance. The ease of finding what I need via the left sidebar and the ability to customize settings further enhance my user experience, making it possible to craft numerous diagrams in a short amount of time effortlessly. Overall, the user-friendly nature and intuitive design of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite make it a valuable tool for my needs.

How Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to develop visual representations of my patients care plan automatically via diagrams and flowcharts is one of the best aspects so far. Lucid in the hospital and healthcare industry play a major role in medical research where it help practitioners to visualize medical concepts and research medical related data before finalizing decisions.

LVCS: Organized, Reliable, and Essential for Visual Collaboration among Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is available in two separate applications i.e Lucidchart and Lucidspark which is one of my favorite aspects as it is more organized allocating intelligent diagramming and collaborative whiteboards separately.

It’s been an year + since I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and it rarely fails to accomplish my visual collab and diagramming needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s three years since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my Consulting firm. How it is seamless to visualize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business trends is one of the best things that I experience with LVCS.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the three years that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never come across any bug nor challenges customizing features since the vendor host free webinars and allocate ebooks via emails.

Lucidspark allows me to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders and partners which help retain them for long.

What do you like best about the product?
I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite last year in my current organization. I like that the vendor offers two separate systems (Lucidchart & Lucidspark) which allocates varied features. How I am able to conduct SWOT analysis is one of the things that I like about Lucid since it allows me to identify weaknesses, strengths and threats in my organization.

For the two years that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it has been flawless and even the new features have never been hard to customize.

Org chart management is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which help visualize and manage structures and reporting in real-time.
