What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate with my co-workers, is easy to use with non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I think the AI part is not ready, when you write a prompt most of the time it won't give you what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in software development and sometimes the topic might get very complex, therefore we need a tool to lower the complexity of the topic, since we need to present this to non-technical employees. And when we are in a rush it good to be able to collaborate with other people.

What do you like best about the product?
Ad a Founder of a Software Development company, I am able to create interactive prototypes and wireframes when developing apps and software by testing product ideas. In addition, Lucidspark to be specific facilitate real-time collaboration among teams and stakeholders to improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, the only issue that I ever encountered is how it was challenging to integrate with AI tools but the vendor allocated free technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing and streamlining business software development processes through AI initiatives is the core benefit that I relish with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
There’s nothing daunting yet crucial in a business than enhancing sales performance. With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is effectively to visualize the overall sales processes and mapping customer journeys to comprehend their needs prior to decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don’t understand why I wasn’t able to access the iOS mobile applications when I was using the individual plan - No issues currently since I upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehending customer needs via visual customer journey mapping allows me to make data-driven decisions thus leading to high ROI.
Creating Complex And Visually Appealing Diagrams And Charts.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and awesome at mapping out business processes and workflows. For the past 4 years I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and it has been great to be able to share network diagrams and project plans with multiple people on my team and to outside vendors. Additionally, it is awesome to be able to work with the confidence you are all working on the same document and not worrying about what version everyone is looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great and champion collaborator. For the past 4 years, i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite every day for every project and i like the fact that it has largely replaced meeting agendas, follow-ups and meeting notes. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped in mapping out interdependencies between cross-functional teams.
From messy notes to perfect diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it transforms brainstorming sessions into something truly interactive and fun. The real time collaboration feels effortless, everyone can jump in, add ideas and sees updates instantly. Their templates are amazing, they make complex workflows look clean and professional without spending hours designing. It connects perfectly with tools i already use, so nothing feels out of place. It is like having creativity and productivity rolled into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty happy with lucid suite overall. nothing to pin-point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, system design reviews and retros feel natural with templates, timers and voting - no physical whiteboard needed. New team members can ramp up by exploring the diagrams + comments history instead of scheduling walkthroughs across time zones. I can log on in the morning, see overnight feedbacks from teammates in other regions and keep moving without a meeting.
Outstanding Tool That Elevates Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very robust and powerful tool used for various types of process diagramming and digital whiteboarding. My team supports almost 5000 users of Lucid. We rarely have issues or complaints about the tool. It's stable and it's versatile.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some upskilling to learn. However, once you know the basics, it becomes a great tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, it was adopted as an enterprise standard for digital whiteboarding back when Covid sent our technology users to work from home. Since then, it's been more broadly adopted across various segments of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool offers great flexibility and a wide range of options for creating flow charts or visually appealing documents. It's extremely user-friendly, and I've found myself using it on a weekly basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a bit of time to get familiar with all the different parts, so my first document ended up taking longer to complete than I had expected.

I'm finally grasping all the components of flow charts, which I haven't worked with since grade school.

I like that the interface is clean and easy to navigate, even for someone who’s new to visual collaboration tools. As a student, I appreciate how simple it is to create diagrams and flowcharts quickly, which helps me keep my notes and study materials organized.

Some of the more advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which can be limiting for students.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me turn messy notes into clean diagrams, which makes studying much faster. Visualizing information helps me understand difficult topics in my medical coursework.

I love the interface and the ease of use of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its seamless connection with cloud platforms greatly enhances my workflow. The integration capabilities with Jira and G-Suite are fantastic, allowing me to streamline various processes efficiently. The software effectively addresses the need for a modern interactive tool, complete with up-to-date features, icons, graphs, and visualizations. The flexibility it offers with file formats is invaluable for managing different types of illustrations, technical diagrams, and business flow charts. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the assistance from the sales team and the helpful resources they provided for the setup and product rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve by providing more online help and documentation, especially for embeddable Loom videos and the latest features. Additionally, having a free support tier would be beneficial, enabling users to better adapt to the tools and features.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for up-to-date illustrations and technical needs, solving modern tool gaps with its interactive features, format flexibility, and seamless integrations with cloud platforms, Jira, and G-suite.
Unites Teams Seamlessly for Complex Portfolio Management
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Technical Operations teams as well as software development teams, my favorite thing about the Lucid suite is that I can bring them all to one place together. Whether it's to work through dependencies or just to be aware of priorities and plans, the boards, activities and other features allow me to manage larger, more complex work streams and programs than any tool I've used before.
I'm in a Lucid tool pretty much daily in one capacity of another and the learning curve is not intimidating for new teams/colleagues I work alongside.

What do you dislike about the product?
As many of my Technical Operations teams use ServiceNow increasingly for their work intake management, being able to integrate seamlessly with Lucid like we can with Azure DevOps, for example, would really and truly provide me a one stop shop for all teams, regardless of their 'system of record'.

Simplifying and distilling the complexity of daily work and work decisions in a simple, easily digestible and VISUAL manner.
