Recommended for any project
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other platforms, Lucidchart is simply the most refined experience with the richest feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to say, perhaps additional export options, particularly for enabling notes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scoping out a project or even approach to a problem allows my thinking to be solidified and viewable so people can challenge or give additional ideas.
My experience with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of using LucidChart. Like how simple to use diagrams and arrows how easy to connect entities. I also like how my team uses it. For architectures, it's very useful tool
What do you dislike about the product?
I probably dislike the style of diagrams, I would like to have different styles, to use polished design, Apple-like refined elements e.t.c. Nowadays it's mostly schematic, but it would be nice to have something eye-pleasant :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the front-end lead, and I have several projects I use Lucidchart for. First of all, I use it for architecture, planning, schemes, and inter-teams communication.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My first intention was that Lucidchart was overcomplicated, but it was the only first intention. Honestly, from the second attempt, it was revealed as a fully-fledged tool that helped my team and me.
Great tool for Diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use shapes & arrows. Able to input and output diagrams to other sources easily. Saves revision history so if you make a mistake/ accidentally delete the sheet you can recover it instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The majority of features are only available if you pay for the Pro, including keyboard shortcuts. It will prevent you from completing work if you are using the free version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making a very large and detailed organization chart to show complex hierarchy relations in the company. Using it in the AGM & in Orientation for staff to understand how we work.
Good diagramming tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use platform with all the features embedded that I could ever need. Love the library of shapes and how easy it is to create different colors and lines to denote different elements in a process flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of right now. If there was a way to access more features in a free plan--that would be amazing so I could make it available to more members of my team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing an end to end business workflow diagramming of our business and additional using the flows to run an analysis on the ease of our systems and how to best proceed with our workflows by improving existing ones and bringing in new technology
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool for process mapping and diagramming. Easy to export what you created and upload to other spaces. This way, diagramed processes can be leveraged by users who may not have access to the tool, and they can refer to the visual output.
LucidChart has been of great help
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is extremely easy to use. Very precise with the directions of how to use. One can never get lost while using LucidChart as you have easy instructions displayed.
What do you dislike about the product?
LucidChart has been pretty amazing from my experience. I cannot think of anything I dislike about LucidChart as of now
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart played a great role when I wanted to create a flowchart for my team regarding my project. Flowcharts are generally better than a document as they are easily understood.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how I can log on and so easily create the data chart I need. No training needed; it is very intuitive and there is nothing to download, train to use and then fumble through it. I have used a lot of other tools for this, but this is by far the best one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike, so far. My use is fairly simple charting workflows, and I will be using it for more extensive mapping over the next few months.

Easy charting of complex workflows that I can share with stakeholders and others.

There are quite a lot of features that will make you fall in love with this tool instantly. Some of them are:

-Seamless integration with O365, Salesforce, Confluence, JIRA, AWS, GCP, Azure, and much more
-From basic workflow to network diagrams, brainstorming to mapping organization workers, all in one.
-Single Sign-On enabled
-Easy breezy administration
-Compatible with iOS & Andriod
-Readymade templates to ease your brain.

-The color and size defaults (unable to customize)
-Corrections are hectic
-Even with admin rights, customizing the portal is difficult.
-No option to re-create a new chart on your previous personalized chart
-Bad integration with Smartsheets
-Can't make your own templates by exporting
-Limited options for trial version users.
-Working with miltiple objects like drag and drop isn't working.

-Saves time as it's real-time, and everyone can share inputs instantly rather than one by one.
-Commenting on action items has made the regular work exceptionally efficient and coordinated.
-Automation issues are being easily handled.
-Integration and collaboration of the team.
-Can be documented as PDF for transmission.

Overall I must say Lucidchart is a bang for bucks. If you want to have more control and transparency in the team, this is a great tool to start with.

Visualization
What do you like best about the product?
The best features are available when you use the paid version. I was using the free version, but it had limitations. I recommended the paid version to create great workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid charts are user-friendly. I have not found anything to this point that I dislike. I would recommend, however, videos on Training from an Industry-specific e.g. HealthCare
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am currently working on a business solution for our clients. Each operational policy and procedure will have a flowchart to display for learning purposes.I believe this will assist the end-users with clear and concise documentation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The application is a great tool to use in your organization. I am glad to have this in my back pocket to display processes and procedures in a structured format.
One of my top illustration tools
What do you like best about the product?
The templates, how-tos and the easy access from any device.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I fight with sometimes are layers, in particular when I use a background layeras an example for what illustration I am making. I often get objects placed on the wrong layer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy, quick templated illustrations.
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating charts is fantastic. I also enjoy the templates for ideas on best practise layouts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Movement of arrows and pre-set boxes was not easy to figure out when I started on the free trial.
