Super Easy Network Mapping with Abundant Shapes and Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a network map is a tremendously simple task with Lucid. It is the best creator of these type of tasks because of the vast amount of shapes and connectors available for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have cons it does perform well while drawing and editing by quickly dragging several components to the creation area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes building technical data flow diagrams and network architectures simple which helps explain how different network components interact.
Superior to other tools and smooth in performance during diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the enriched shape libraries and templates enables me to swiftly and effortlessly create diagram workflows and hierarchical visualizations. It’s a great product, I like the versatility and it runs so smooth and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike yet. I like its diagramming tools and I have been able to do everything I need with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often use it to create quick charts in meetings to explain my ideas and helps with organizing schedules and program activities.
Level up project diagramming and org chart creation with versatile templates
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very easy to work with and straightforward to create project workflow charts and organizational chart of who oversees who. All the tools available are easily visible and I especially like the templates and the breadth of areas they cover.
What do you dislike about the product?
My great times drawing with Lucid has always lasted since the start and I have not seen any flaws about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams and flowcharts helps us to have accurate visualization of our projects which makes it easy to control, track and manage our projects.
Intuitive and Visual Collaboration Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for planning and brainstorming sessions with my software development team. It ensures that everyone can collaborate and be on the same page simultaneously, which is a major advantage over just talking to people in a room. The visual engagement it provides is another key benefit. Additionally, I find the ability to bring in our Jira backlog, sync data, and transform brainstorming ideas into Jira tickets immensely valuable. The software is incredibly easy to use, offering an enormous amount of tooling that gives me plenty of options to visualize things. This makes it easier to perform planning tasks effectively. Furthermore, the intuitiveness of the menus enhances the ease of use, which is always a plus. Learning about the backend data capabilities unlocks a ton of amazing dashboarding possibilities, further increasing my productivity. Overall, I find using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite more favorable compared to our previous tool, Miro, due to its user-friendly nature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes wish there was more customization with the Jira integration.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to ensure my team is on the same page, create visually engaging sessions, and integrate with Jira for seamless planning and task management.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across three companies, but I mainly use it in the consulting industry as OM. I like how easy and seamless it is to create interactive dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics before making business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from hinderances from using Lucidchart and Lucidspark mobile Apps while using individual tier despite being a paid plan - I do not have any other issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that I have been able to analyze root causes of operational issues in real-time.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2023 as a Finance Director in my current organization. How it is seamless to identify areas of cost optimization through creation of visual representations of budget and actuals is what I like most about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, ai have never come across any challenging aspect even though I mainly use Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite boost collaboration and communication among us (teams) and stakeholders where we discuss financial plans and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the biggest advantage of the lucid visual collaboration suite is how intuitive it feels. I dont have to spend time figuring out the tool, it just works well for me. The real time collaboration is a huge plus because it keeps everyone on the same page without endless email threads. I also like that it is flexible enough for brainstorming sessions and detailed technical diagrams. It is basically a one stop shop for turning ideas into clear and shareable visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid suite has been reliable and effective for what i need, so i dont have any cons to point out at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid suite addresses a critical challenge for me, that is ensuring alignment and clarity across distributed teams. It eliminates inefficiencies caused by static documentation and fragmented communication by providing a centralized real time platform for visualizing processes and systems. The result is faster project delivery and better resource allocation which directly impacts productivity and business outcomes.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to create diagrams to show to non technical folks. I can also get feedback on my diagrams as needed.

Nothing at this time. It is meeting my needs.

It helps me explain complex processes and mapping in an easy to understand way.
Latest Diagramming Capability with Very Practical Tools and Infinite Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It is practical and has many diagramming tools and I like the infinite whiteboard because it makes it even easier for to create the diagrams. Its so simple to click a shape to instantly add it and connect additional shapes to keep my diagram flow moving. In addition to its tools there is excellent technical support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike its the most intuitive diagram platform out there to produce final products that look very professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multiple flowchart templates allows me to complete different projects and document processes with this platform. It also helps put customer activities in a diagram to track service delivery at every touchpoint.
