Great tool for creating flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an amazing tool that allows you to create stunningly detailed flowcharts. You can layer in different levels of information, depending on who is viewing it, which enables to share your work with others or present it to them in a way that makes understanding the material a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging to learn all the great features of this program. There are many of them, and it can be tough to find them all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To demonstrate the process, we create charts. I can create them in a flash and share them with selected people
Lucidspark clear and well-organized diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Even though I was under time pressure, it was easy to get the hang of using this tool. The document I created looked great - well-organized, easily readable, and with some nice color-coding to make it pop. My colleagues had no trouble understanding it, which is a bonus! There's nothing I love more than Lucidspark's ease of use and learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
When elements are grouped, getting to the layer of interest is challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The customer can see us working in real-time and make any changes they want. Customers and we both benefit from this.
Lucidchart is the best tool for drawing patent drawings
What do you like best about the product?
The wide variety of pre-made templates is a great way to start making flow charts, Gantt charts, and process support documents. I've even started using the brainstorming boards to track departmental ideas from internal standups and reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
If Lucidchart could support more icons, it would be much easier to find the right one for the job. A search function for the name would be a great way to find the correct icon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a great tool for drawing patent drawings. I've found that it's an excellent tool for organizing all the different elements of a patent application, and it makes the whole process a lot less daunting. It's also beneficial for representing information related to intellectual property.
The Best Charting Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is the best charting platform I have ever used. It is so simple to use and so rich in features. When I first started using it, my charts were very basic. But now, after seeing what my team has been able to create, I am absolutely amazed. We have made some incredible charts that truly showcase our networks in the most incredible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the overall quality is great, some of the larger files can be tough to download.

Lucidchart is a versatile tool that can be used to create marketing process flows and diagrams. There is no need for training because it is user-friendly and can be explored while on the go.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily communicate processes and workflows in a visual and easy-to-interpret manner. I love all of the extra plug-ins and features such as hyperlinking, inserting images and timelines etc...
What do you dislike about the product?
There are lots of great functionalities within the platform, including hyperlinks; however, when you use hyperlinks they don't "show up" in a highlighted color automatically which can make it trickier to know they are there and to use them
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how processes work and making sure that people understand what they are expected to do in order to follow a process appropriately --> this leads to less confusion and better coordination, particularly with processes that require hand-offs between team members and teams
I really like the possibility to collaborate with my colleagues on the same whiteboard.

The fact that you can see where everyone's cursor is and check who made which figure in the whiteboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
The instance is bound to an specific account, and when that user disconnects or another user creates another instance, it takes some time for it to setup again.

Team collaboration and instant feedback on what everyone is typing and creating. The various shapes and colors help us make more understandable images for everyone to understand.

Drag/dropping objects on the whiteboard with a touchpad mouse is sometimes frustrating. Features such as click-dropping to a specific location will help immensely

How to get by without whiteboards - Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple enough to get you up and running right away without overwhelming you with too many features. It's almost like asking for a cup of coffee and being offered one. There are powerful tools available under this simple interface if you require them to present at a professional level. I found that the basic elements were sufficient for me to create flow diagrams to communicate my points. I also love the ability to collaborate in real-time, which is so much easier than sending design documents around.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark would be a great desktop application. It is too typical for me to see my browser full of tabs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of whiteboards is the biggest problem during the pandemic era. My closest match to a whiteboard was Lucispark. It was a great tool for creating design diagrams. Collaboration with the team was an advantage in getting feedback.

How user friendly it is. I didnt even have to watch a tutorial. It was easy!

More animations would be nice. Like emojis
