In creating a chart we are limited only by our imaginations
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is excellent for personal and professional use, but it's also very affordable—a big plus in today's economy. I find the ability to create my custom shapes and store them in my shape library extremely useful for designing. This feature allows me to quickly move or lock objects, which saves me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of working in a browser is that you can only create charts when connected to the internet. LucidChart could be an issue if you are trying to create diagrams while on the go and do not have access to Wi-Fi or data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working on diagrams together in real-time is a powerful way to collaborate with your team. With Lucidchart, you can work simultaneously with multiple people, and everyone will be able to see what everyone else is doing. Sending various versions of files via email is no longer necessary.
Great Whiteboard and Flowchart tool, Speed up your meetings with LucidChart
What do you like best about the product?
The best of LucidChart is that I can have multiple people working at the same time in the same diagram. During the online meetings to avoid misunderstanding we can open LucidChart and contribute it together. Also there are some ways to provide wireframes, when we are trying to find solutions to prototype.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are some feature missing on LucidChart, like version control, voting, time-box. When you are working with post-it, there is not way of resizing it only in one way (horizontal or vertical), increase the font size is automatic, and sometimes, makes your card bigger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving problems of communication, it's solving design problems, I can draw a diagram and developers can have a better understanding about it. I can manage some online dynamics.
Very easy tool to create diagrams. Good overview and at a cheap price
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Good overview of projects. Easy to export and use in other documents. It feels like it fits 100% for what I need it. Still have to watch some tutorials to have a better view of all the possibilties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet at the moment. Just a new user. Just to check out some features. My next step, is to integrate de drawing in a google document and then it's updates automatically when using online. (I thought this was possible, still have to find out how)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online available and very good integration with Gmail (very important for me). For my new business I am gooing from Microsoft to Google (Gmail en co). It's a pleasure to work with it.

The product is easy to access and fairly intuitive when using

It takes a bit of working out how to navigate between different "folders" and work out how to save content to a work area

A Lucidspark is an indispensable tool for collaboration.
What do you like best about the product?
LucidSpark is a powerful and convenient tool for organizing meetings and collaborating on projects. The templates are easy to use and make it simple to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously. There are no delays or interruptions, making it much more efficient than Visio. LucidSpark also provides significantly more editing and shape-based functionality, which makes process mapping tasks much easier to complete as a group.
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are a little basic and not as robust as other programs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucidspark is solving the problems of inadequate virtual collaboration capabilities and crashes or lags when multiple users are present. LucidSpark provides the features required for online collaboration.
Easy way to create Diagram and share them
What do you like best about the product?
We are using LucidChart in lot of situations: to create network architecture, workflows, software architecture etc... Lucidchart can be integrated with a lot of different solutions, so it is very easy to share those diagrams with people
What do you dislike about the product?
LucidChart propose lots of templates (ie Gantt) but these templates are just "drawing", they are beautiful, but difficult to customize. The symbols library is more useful than the diagram template
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart helps us to create diagrams collaboratively: we can share them, but also co-construct them, in a meeting in can replace Whiteboard (useful for home office)
The best technical diagram software for most users
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart works anywhere and regardless of your operating system or other business software. The pricing is exceedingly reasonable – often 10% that of some competitors, and the depth of capability including things like data driven diagrams is industry-leading.
What do you dislike about the product?
The collaboration features are not as immediately intuitive as some of the competitors. Also, when iterating on diagrams, I find the need to reframe the crop for exported images every time I export is time consuming and limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is fantastic for creating high-fidelity diagrams that explain truly complex issues. Some competitors are almost as good at the technical; some are as good or better at collaboration; I haven't found a better combination of both.

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I recommend Lucidspark for development teams that require an online whiteboard for brainstorming, idea sharing, and real-time collaboration - for us, it worked perfectly. Using the collaboration features, my team and I enjoy working in real-time. It's also convenient to see the cursors of my team members as they move around the whiteboard and access AI-powered functionalities and other features that help me quickly organize and present data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to see a wider choice of icons, styles, and designs for use on the whiteboard. Whiteboarding and creating designs, diagrams, and other templates will increase my product usage if this feature is expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is using Lucidspark to generate and share ideas in a secure environment. Thanks to this software, we've worked more efficiently and quickly as a team. Consequently, we were able to rapidly iterate the design while maintaining a firm grasp of the issue at hand. Without Lucidspark, completing the design in the same amount of time and with the same level of productivity would have been much more challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart is an intuitive program that is easy to get started with. I greatly appreciate the self-explanatory nature of the program. Many templates are at your disposal when you first begin using LucidChart, making it simple to ensure that your chart is aligned and that all data is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Lucidchart can sometimes be challenging when trying to locate specific elements I need for my charts. While there are alternative options, they may not always be the best fit for what I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I joined the team, we have been using Lucidchart to create wiring diagrams. The tool has helped me organize my thoughts and present them to the rest of the group. It is very user-friendly and saves a substantial amount of time.
