First time I am using lucidchart.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, intuitional, no installation requirement, easy to share and collaborate with colleagues. The best thing was the collaborative setup of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The toolbox on the left hand is not sizeable, and the hide button is hard to find or does not exist. An auto-hide future could be better for the user to have more space to work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engineer-like minds don't like to speak alot, don't like to explain with fancy words, they like to show all processes at once and explain on a visualisation. This tool is good for visualising ideas.
Lucidchart is excellent software for creating wireframes and flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is that regardless of how complex it is, it comes with everything you need. This includes diagrams such as flowcharts and UML relationship diagrams. Another great benefit is the ability to import graphs from other programs. Lastly, the library of symbols and charts is enormous, which allows for a lot of customization options in terms

of display details.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Lucidchart is the default view's zoomed-out appearance. The desktop and mobile versions look like they're zoomed out too far from my creation, so it takes a lot to read it. And when I do that, I can't see everything on the chart or flow chart. Using the app on mobile devices also sometimes doesn't work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our department uses Lucidchart to create wireframes, the only tool we use for this purpose. Therefore, any problems with Lucidchart will directly affect the development of our products.
Lucidchart is perfect for creating and sharing chart
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is its simple user interface and the fact that it gives me all the features I need for a startup-friendly price. After mastering the basics, I found that the learning curve for using it was not too steep. Thanks to the zoom bar on the page footer, I can align figure components precisely as desired. In my experience, this tool is far more user-friendly than a specific Microsoft charting program.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Lucidchart's limited color customizations, lack of specific shapes and templates, and the fact that it often takes a long time to load. However, overall I think it is an excellent tool for creating visual representations of ideas.

Start Fresh "My line of work necessitates substantial amounts of technical diagramming" could be better worded as The nature of my work demands many detailed technical diagrams. To update the analytical capabilities of data warehouses, I often need to create charts and graphs detailing various dependencies. This can be time-consuming and tedious without proper software. My team uses Lucidchart because it is both user-friendly and adaptable. We are able o present information clearly no matter how complicated. It also helps make sure our reports retain a consistent professional appearance
Lucidchart: A Virtual Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is its sleek and modern look. Post-it notes are a visual clutter in my workspace, but with Lucidchart, I can easily organize my thoughts and share them with coworkers. They now have a better understanding of how their job fits into the bigger picture and what others are doing. Lucidchart has indeed been a game-changer in my productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Lucidchart is that sometimes, after exporting an image to a different format, the quality of the image deteriorates. I'm not sure why this happens, but it's happened to me before when I try to export images with white backgrounds in the design section- they come out gray when exported as JPEGs or other file formats. To workaround this issue, I've started taking screenshots instead whenever it happens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am organizing my team and higher management with simple org charts and monitoring the development of my paid advertising campaigns, including their numerous funnels and workflows. There are many benefits, including a short learning curve (requiring little in the way of onboarding) as well as an intuitive user interface. However, there have been several complaints about issues such as glitches when trying to save changes or export versions of projects.
Lucidspark makes it easy to create in-the-moment lookbacks.
What do you like best about the product?
While there are many things to like about Lucidsprak, I think the thing I appreciate most is how continually innovative it is. It's always searching for ways to improve its services, making matters much easier on users like me. The lucid Spark relationship matrix has been hugely helpful in staying organized with coworkers by automatically aligning and classifying post-it notes, saving valuable time. Another great feature is collaborating on documents with people even when we're working on separate portions - this comes in handy when coming up with ideas independently and then analyzing them as a team later on. For those who care about security features, you'll also be pleased to know that there's a wide range of using them To protect your work product no matter where you happen to be logged in from
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Lucidspark is that sometimes when I tried to move something, it didn't show me that it had been moved until after I'd moved it. That made it hard to know whether I was driving the object. Also, the delete button is kind of hard to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with Lucidspark is that it will be most helpful during retrospectives when users' names should ideally be concealed or kept anonymous. If we don't use To-Do lists or Jira to log our actions, we risk forgetting about them.
Creating organization charts for reporting.
What do you like best about the product?
If you need to create an organizational chart, you should use LucidChart. As I am not a professional graphic designer, I do not have any unique abilities when creating visually appealing layouts. This makes it difficult for me to use Lucidchart when I need to illustrate something that is not immediately apparent. As an illustration, I cannot create a "skip-level" employee who would report to the CEO but not be considered an executive team member. It is helpful to have a central location where I can update our organizational charts in light of the constantly changing composition of my staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you have little experience creating charts, you may find the tools to be a bit confusing. It is true that something can be functional but lack aesthetic appeal. I frequently seek alternatives to using tedious charts or my handwriting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create organizational charts and solicit input from team members from the same interface. I appreciate that no special software is required to be installed
Great flowcharts and decision trees for processes.
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Lucidchart is the go-to program when I need to quickly draw up a decision tree or flowchart for my group or when I'm trying to map out a new method and pinpoint any potential trouble spots. It was easy to learn, and now I couldn't function in my position without it. I've suggested it to previous teams and asked for its implementation at my current workplace. Lucidchart is the best tool for visualizing a new process when trying to implement it and train a new team, which is especially helpful when working remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps I still haven't figured out how to do this, but I'm sure I could do it or keep it as a template. It would be great if the platform remembered the fonts/settings I often use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an experienced leader, my current position is in this field. I have used Lucidchart for my team's process mapping and training/on-the-job learning. When a new process is required, we use Lucidchart rather than writing it out to make sure we cover all of our bases and can put it into practice correctly.
A lucidchart is the best way to create diagrams and charts.
What do you like best about the product?
A lucidchart is the best way to create diagrams and charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark doesn't work well on iPad, so I don't care about it. The desktop version runs much better and is more user-friendly. On iPad, the mind map feature isn't as straightforward or consistent in appearance, which drives me crazy. In the past, I've invested hours creating diagrams on my computer only to find out they didn't look right when transferred to my iPad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with Lucidspark is that it's a simple tool. It doesn't allow for complex brainstorming sessions, which can improve creativity and coordination.
It is a great software for graphic design.
What do you like best about the product?
Modular design with the possibility of interconnecting nodes and changing the design on the flight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to export the design to a Lucidspark format than can be imported back into another system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Graphic designer for scientific projects.
Lucidchart is a great tool for collaborating on diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucidchart's best intuitive design and robust collaborative features. The process of process mapping is streamlined, and excellent guidance is provided. Teamwork is not an issue because holding a workshop and analyzing available options or providing an overview of the situation are both very simple to accomplish concurrently. You may also create and share any other visuals you can imagine with your team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the price of Lucidchart to be a potential barrier to adoption. Unfortunately, the cost of these tools makes them impractical for startups and smaller businesses, as they are essential for developing and implementing processes and other documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart, we could quickly and easily create a visual representation of our marketing strategy that everyone on our team could access and update in real time. This was a massive benefit for us as it helped us to collaborate better on our marketing strategy despite being a dispersed team.
