I love the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its clear layout and ease of use, which significantly enhances my ability to create effective charts and diagrams for staff training. I find its template creation functionality especially valuable since it saves me considerable time that I would otherwise spend crafting them myself. I enjoy the visualization aspect of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, particularly how it allows me to create designs easily. The simplicity of using it for creating visuals and the diverse options available significantly enhance my experience. I find these features to have a lot of value because they make it easier for my friends and family members to see exactly what I am trying to explain to them, especially during celebrations and fun family events. I also appreciate how the initial setup was very easy, making it accessible and user-friendly from the start. Nothing in particular, but I could benefit from multidimensional models instead of 2D

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate and share, and importing diagrams based on Mermaid is straightforward. Sharing content frequently through Google and other platforms is also simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A guest mode with limited access to the link will be a great addition.

Since September 2023 when I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never discovered it’s downside and I literally use it on a daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am always at top creating new business models that help pin point areas of improvements by visualizing business processes with diagrams and charts.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to understand and very easy to create new projects.

None to inform tell about dislike. All are good to go

It is easy and rapid to create visual reports that help communicate portfolio performance via metrics and trends analysis with Lucid.

Its alignment and execution capabilities are truly exceptional. I particularly appreciate the real-time, concurrent collaboration features, which make it possible to plan, map processes, and generate ideas together without worrying about version conflicts. Additionally, the platform further enhances this experience by streamlining workflows from beginning to end, making it much easier for the entire team to adopt and use the suite effectively.

The cost of deeper integrations and enterprise-level management features can be quite high.

For the two years that I have been relying on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never come across bugs nor has it ever been overwhelming to customize even new features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is from last year November that I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my current Logistics agency. I have been able to improve customer satisfaction by automatically visualizing customer journeys to identify areas of improvement in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that I have upgraded to Team tier from July this year, I barely face the logging issues that I used to experience with Individual plan on my iOS device.
