Exceptional for Visual Collaboration, Minor Navigation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite serves as a digital whiteboard space, allowing multiple users to collaborate seamlessly at the same time. The feature that allows session leaders to guide participants by having them follow their cursor is incredibly helpful, especially since it lets facilitators guide new users around the platform. This is particularly valuable because we often have several users unfamiliar with Lucid, and having one or two experienced facilitators able to guide them through is essential. Moreover, I like the flexibility offered, where participants can opt to follow the leader or navigate independently. This functionality not only enhances collaboration but also helps in effectively onboarding new users by guiding them through pre-built content for sessions. Overall, it supports our workplace's collaborative needs efficiently, especially for training and project design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the scrolling mechanics in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The need to use a right-click from the cursor to navigate the space doesn't feel intuitive. Instead, the scroll wheel is set up to zoom in and out rather than to navigate around. I would prefer if the scroll wheel were used for moving around the space rather than zooming, maybe with a different function, like a shift-scroll, for zooming.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a digital whiteboard for collaboration, enabling multiple users to work together on projects and design training resources. It facilitates leadership to guide users, making it ideal for training new users and ensuring collaborative project design.
User-Friendly Tool for Seamless Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's user-friendly interface, which simplifies the experience significantly and doesn't require much technical knowledge to operate. It is excellent for creating charts and ensures that the details remain clear and visible without clumping together, even as more charts are added. Transitioning from PowerPoint, I found that the quality of the outputs in Lucid is superior, as it provides more space for adding multiple charts without reducing the content quality or visibility. Setup was incredibly simple; I just logged in with my Google account, and I had immediate access—a process that was quite straightforward. Overall, Lucid has been a great solution for our presentations, solving previous issues we faced with PowerPoint regarding clarity and capacity when handling detailed chats. I'm very satisfied with how seamlessly and beautifully it allows us to create and manipulate presentations.

Versatile Design, Limited by Premium Features

I appreciate the wide variety of shape choices within Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which are incredibly useful for my task of designing potential floor plans for my upcoming home build. The availability of diverse shape options, including the ability to outline areas such as swing paths in my plans, greatly enhances the creative flexibility and precision in my design work. Additionally, the initial setup of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super simple, which made the transition to using this tool smooth and stress-free. It’s a tool that I didn’t switch to from another product, but I am really glad that I found it, as it meets my design needs efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the limitation on the number of objects I can have on the screen simultaneously without upgrading to the premium version, as it restricts my ability to fully utilize the software's features. The layering of items could be more user-friendly, as I find it challenging to access items that might be hidden under others or switch between different levels on a page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for designing floor plans, and I appreciate the variety of shapes available. However, there's a limit to screen objects without premium, and layering could be more user-friendly.
Effortless to Use and Instantly Understandable
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is easy to use. Everything is clear as far as how to use the platform and I appreciate that because I don't have time to be having to really figure out how to use any new software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a single issue. Sometimes zooming in and out on a board can be a little sticky so that would be the only thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was overwhelmed with a complicated customer journey and trying to use it all, but the board and being able to see and refer back to the overview eliminated this entirely for me.
The Creative Genius of Lucid
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how the platform is diverse with the ways of formatting options theough the many drafts promoting creativity and easy flow of thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I did not find anything I dislike about this platform.

Lucid solves the problem of having to type every single idea one may have into a basic Word or Google Doc. I use the mind-map the most and I feel its user-friendly and I don't lose much train of thought.

I find that using hotkeys in the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite can sometimes lead to misclicks on sticky notes. This can be frustrating and disrupts the workflow. I would prefer if the hotkeys were less sensitive to prevent such issues.

I think the size of fonts in a shape could be more automated, as I always have to change the font size manually, which takes a lot of time. Additionally, I sometimes have to switch back and forth between Lucidchart and Lucidspark because of their different features and templates, and I feel it might be useful to combine them.

I find that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves real-time collaboration issues and saves time with its easy-to-use templates. It supports my work with effective note-taking, process flows, and comparison charts.
Licid: Empowers and Streamlines Tax Planning with Intuitive Visual Diagrams and Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
I give double thumbs up to the fact that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to create visual representations of tax planning strategies that aid in making business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating visual diagrams is way too seamless and fun with a big screen but I do not like how I am forced to zoom in and out while using my Android mobile application of 5.5 inches.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualization of my client tax planning and business loans is the main benefit that I gain with Lucid.
