Easy to work with!
What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot of options for me to get as creative as I want with my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I used the website enough to have anything I disliked about the site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most likely always adding new options for it's users like me to use on the site.
Lucidchart is very user-friendly and intuitive!
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucidchart because it's easy to use, and my team thinks it's great too. We have to adhere to strict deadlines, so the pace is hectic, but Lucidchart has helped me create several flowcharts in a pinch. Even though my team had more experience with Visio, they preferred Lucidchart due to its intuitive interface. As a result of my satisfaction with the quality of the free version that I immediately signed up for a paid membership. We are debating whether or not to purchase corporate memberships for my coworkers to access Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be more convenient if charts allowed users to save work under a different name. for example, If someone is working on a chart and realizes it could be helpful for another project, they should be able to right-click the file and choose "Save As." The current Save button does not offer this option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is an excellent tool for quickly creating informative diagrams, especially for people with no design experience. The premade templates in Lucidchart make it easy to create different types of diagrams.
Our approach to create diagrams/flowcharts for business planning.
What do you like best about the product?
It's fantastic that Lucidchart is used for many different aspects of business planning. The diagramming tools in Lucidchart are intuitive and straightforward to use and learn. Each item can be dragged onto the stage and dropped there as if it were a collection of blocks. Unlike when drawn on paper or a blackboard, the diagrams can be edited and altered without destroying the original. We can make alterations as we progress and leave comments for the group regarding each section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting specific diagrams up and running may require some effort. It may take some time to master the interface and become as natural as drawing diagrams on paper. Some design features may be complicated for newbies to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is more than just a diagramming tool because we can connect multiple users to create diagrams/flowcharts and any necessary modifications. Since using Lucidchart can be challenging for some colleagues, we have just one dedicated person to create/design/edit charts, and teammates can join in via chats or messages to suggest edits/ideas.
The best diagramming program
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark's user-friendly collaboration design is one of my favorite aspects. I enjoy being able to add notes, emoticons, and GIFs to the mix. Lucidspark has two interface points with JIRA: exporting tickets from cards and importing tickets for collaborative discussion. Using Google Presentations add-on enables you to display the whiteboard to the rest of the team and other interested parties. This allows for everyone to give their feedback which can then be used to solidify chart components by grouping/ungrouping and to lock them in place. With the "make arrow" function, it is possible to create a swift flow from pre-constructed cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike finding simple icons like image, document, and queue icons difficult. I have to look through every hero supplied instead of being able to locate them quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps to resolve disagreements about the design of a structure by providing visual aids that can improve communication and understanding.
Solid and intuitive program with very little footprint
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Lucidspark was how simple it was to get started. I hadn't had a great deal of experience with other applications such as Visio, and this application helped me to do what I needed. It was truly great.
What do you dislike about the product?
What did I dislink about Lucidspark? It was a little confusing at first to know how to operate the tools and what they were there for (some were obvious of course)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark gives me a place where I can draw out diagram incredibly quickly, for use with other presentations I may be making. The simplicity of it is really its greatest stand-out.
Quick and Straightforward Tool for Creating a Business Model Canvas
What do you like best about the product?
The only tool I've used in Lucidspark so far is the Business Model Canvas, which I really like and will continue to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides in working with Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps me with the graphic layout of creating a BMC, so that I won't have to spend time on it.
Easy to use, very user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The tool supports the detailed design of flowcharts and workflows in a fast and efficient way. Makes it quite easy to collaborate with colleagues and design in working sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes dragging objects and expanding diagrams feels a bit tedious but not difficult to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a great platform for visuals and service designing and sharing project workflows very quickly. Great for collaboration across various teams and with stakeholders while allowing rapid iterations.
Excellent teamwork and very adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart are its simplicity and intuitiveness. It's easy to export diagrams and drawings into multiple file formats, which comes in handy when collaborating with others or working on a project begun in another application. The pre-made templates are also helpful, as they provide a starting point for those who may not know where to begin. And if you need more customization options, there are plenty of ways to personalize your experience. After using Lucidchart for only a short time, the results are already evident - so it's worth a try!
What do you dislike about the product?
Selecting and relocating tiny forms within bigger ones on intricate maps can be somewhat laborious. In addition, the subscription prompt after hitting your free restrictions was frustrating; I expected it to link to a page where I could authorize payments and the like. Instead, it instantly enrolled me and charged me for an entire year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few things I dislike about Lucidchart. One is that the interface can be cluttered and confusing to navigate. Another is that there have been some stability issues, with the program crashing occasionally. Overall, Lucidchart has been a valuable tool for our team and helped us increase our productivity.
Lucidspark is an excellent tool for those who want to improve their productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Of all the things I like about LucidSpark, I appreciate its simplicity. In today's world of virtual work, it's more important than ever to have a way to quickly collect ideas and sketches from team members who are geographically distributed. Then communicate those thoughts and ideas efficiently to create a unified presentation for stakeholders. That's exactly what LucidSpark allows us to do and it comes in especially handy during agile retrospectives when we need to sketch out what went well and could be improved upon moving forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidspark is a great tool, but I believe it would be improved if the cards were automatically sorted and all of the same size. It currently takes a great deal of time and effort to arrange our cards, which can often look unattractive. If some tabular-style cards were provided, it would be much easier to skim through information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product makes it easy to collaborate with others from your home. Without Lucidspark, users would have to rely on a word processor plus a screen-sharing service such as Zoom, Teams, etc.
Lucidchart is an excellent response for organizations with room for expansion.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Lucidchart because it's so easy to use. You can drag and drop items, customize their appearance, and add text. The shape descriptions are brief but helpful, too. I've used other graphic design programs before, but Lucidchart is by far the most effective for flow charts specifically. Even someone without experience can quickly create an excellent presentation thanks to this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Lucidchart is that placing objects can be a significant obstacle when drawing a straight line between two points. Also, exporting your diagram as a PDF or image can look different than what you originally created.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Lucidchart solves is the need for well-organized diagrams when writing code or computer programs. With the help of Lucid charts, which provide the necessary templates of professional quality, users can quickly and easily create program designs.
