Great tool for creating flow charts, org charts, diagrams, whiteboarding and more.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of different shapes/flowchart options, convenient google drive integration, lots of free templates for a variety of use cases, helpful sharing features, and a good price point make this tool a great value.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have many complaints in my 3+ years using Lucidchart, but I would like to see a better google drive integration.

Lucidchart makes it quick and easy to create, collaborate, and share flowcharts, org charts, diagrams, workshop sessions and more.
Lucid Chart has helped me organize work presentations amazingly
What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Lucid Chart is how there are different varietys of shapes and text fonts which make presentations and charts not boring and more fun. I deffo recomend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest i dont have any complaints beacuse it is helping me make my presentations more helpful, fun and colourful :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making presentations more fun and interactive, this benefits me because it makes meetings more fun.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LucidChart is the number and variety of available charting options. It's fantastic that you can use different symbols and forms for other purposes. Unlike competing software, LucidChart's end-users do not have restricted access to features based on the selected template. The software's user-friendly interface and speedy, painless execution of repetitive tasks make it ideal for my daily graphics needs during update projects. I appreciate the flexibility it affords me to make necessary modifications whenever required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like that Lucidchart that it can be hard to select and move small shapes inside larger ones on complex maps. Also, the subscription prompt after you hit your free limit was annoying; when I clicked the button, I expected to see a screen confirming the charges. Instead, my account was automatically subscribed and charged for an entire year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucidchart flowchart is helping to develop a new customer relationship management system by breaking down the process into smaller, more manageable steps. This will allow for a better understanding of how the business operates and what needs improvement to optimize efficiency.
Great tool for visual diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of useful templates and shapes and default conditional logic, e.g. yes arrows are green while no arrows are red. Also have the ability to customize and add your own shapes which is super helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates to select from

Easier collaboration with my remote team and ways to document and diagram our business processes and data flow more clearly

What do you like best about the product?
Since we switched to using Lucidspark, teamwork has become much more manageable. I love how easy it is to communicate with my team and collect ideas and sketches. This makes our product more cohesive and presentable to stakeholders. I also find the visual aspect of Lucidspark very helpful when development requires forethought in terms of layout and procedure. The ability for other teams to see our sketches and thoughts is invaluable during agile team retrospectives so that we can identify what went well and where we need improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Lucidspark is that there are a few templates to choose from. This makes me uneasy because it might limit what I can do with the website. Other than that, it's a simple and effective site.

Lucidspark Concepts allows for easy content preparation and page layouts while also allowing the user to solicit expert feedback and review cycles.
Lucid spark is an excellent application that is very easy to use

Lucid spark is very easy to use. If you have used something like Visio then you should have no problems in picking it up

I think the only downside is the requirement to be connected all of the time unless I haves something

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Lucidchart is its straightforward use. The provided preset shapes are excellent and can be modified to meet your specific requirements. Using a transparent background for your diagrams is beneficial so your diagrams always look great. With Lucidchart, you can create intricate diagrams without becoming bogged down, resulting in a clear and well-organized final product.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about LucidChart is the lack of customization options. It would be great to have features like Gantt charts, however, given how LucidChart is designed, it would be hard to implement them. When trying to create a chart or diagram in my head, I often have to find workaround solutions, for example, using hidden text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucidchart has helped us to improve our marketing process management by allowing us to draft and share flowcharts with clients. This has resulted in increased working fluidity for our team, saved significant amounts of time, and benefited our clients, who appreciate the ease with which they can receive the desired content.
Efficient way to draw any diagrams!

The fact that Lucidchart provides a wide variety of shapes from different types of diagrams

I wish i would not have to open this on the browser

Being able to have all my diagrams in one place and have all the shapes available for any type of diagram i want to make in the same place , makes lucidchart a super handy tool for drawing diagrams !
Nice Collaboration tool for visual diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
Smooth collaboration during meetings. There are lot of features to help you get a nice diagram. This makes it easy to use for new beginners.
What do you dislike about the product?
The feature of smart magnetize is not working properly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the previous tool I used, Draw.io, collaboration wasn't easily possible.
Used Lucidspark for professional slides for an interdisciplinary project.
What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration feature was extremely helpful to delicate tasks and execute the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases, the design and spline features were hard to use. It was difficult to manipulate the text with respect to the lines and overall design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowed us to collaborate and easily make consistent design choices to produce a unified and clear presentation and charts.
