Talkdesk: The quality of the product and service was exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Talkdesk is constantly enhanced with new features and is highly user-friendly. I appreciate how organized Talkdesk is when organizing calls with your carrier - it has helped me avoid unnecessary disconnects. Additionally, the customer service at TalkDesk is exceptional. The personnel are considerate and helpful and go above and beyond to solve any issues you might have. Recently, I had a problem where I could not receive incoming calls when background noise was present. The TalkDesk Help Desk team emailed me in an attempt to determine what the problem was and resolve it. After we were unable to settle the issue over email, they scheduled a Zoom session so that we could discuss it in further depth. My problem was instantly resolved thanks to their help. This situation is very unusual, but I greatly appreciated the outstanding customer assistance I received while trying.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about Talkdesk is that the messaging interface has a few flaws that must be fixed. These minor issues can be improved when trying to get work done. After logging into Callbar, select the Talkdesk icon in the screen's upper-right corner to reaccess the login page. A feature that automatically updates this would save time and hassle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Talkdesk needs to be fixed, and we are unsure why. Our organization has used it to analyze the quality of call centers inside our organization, but it has caused more problems than solved.
Lucidspark is an excellent resource for collaborative creativity.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is my favorite note-taking and cooperation tool because it's so versatile. It is useful for business, pleasure, and especially when writing down thoughts before making phone calls. Using Lucidspark is something I started doing because I am a big fan of LucidChart. It solved a challenge with LucidChart: how to adopt a less technical approach that was more visual for collaborative work. Those in the design industry who need an easy way to keep track of ideas and share them with coworkers no matter where they are will find this helpful app. There are options for changes like post color, text connectors, etc. Similar to what's offered by LucidChart, they also provide access to simple-to-use premade templates. Customers of LucidChart will likely find that they enjoy using Lucidspark as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things I would like to change about Lucidspark. Firstly, setting up an account and starting with the tool is challenging. Secondly, it can be confusing and complicated once you're on the device and trying to use the features. Thirdly, if you have any problems or issues with using Lucidspark, there is no customer support team that you can reach out to for help - you're pretty much on your own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the Lucidspark, I often experience sudden bursts of inspiration, and when they occur, I scribble them down on a scrap of paper that I then lose. By using Lucidspark, I could convey and refine even the most undeveloped concepts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidspark is its user-friendliness and ability to edit boards in real-time with others. You can also create as many virtual whiteboards as you want, and they'll expand to meet your needs. They also provide high-quality virtual instructions on how to use their products properly, free of charge. Having used Lucidchart, another product from Lucid Team, at my previous job for several years, I fell in love with what they offered and decided to join the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would appreciate about Lucidspark is that it could be clearer and more convenient to use; the mouse scroll bar should allow zooming in and out and panning left and right. Voting with notes is easier for me to manipulate and place than voting with dots. And on a smaller scale, we can only work with some employees if they can use digital whiteboards such as Lucidspark.

Lucidsparks provides transparency into departments' interactions and responsibilities in attaining the company's overarching objectives. This allows for more effective collaboration and coordination between teams, leading to better overall results for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about LucidChart is its ease of use in Flowchart creation. The ability to quickly create beautiful, easy-to-understand charts with sophisticated diagramming tools is beneficial. In addition, the vast selection of predefined diagram import templates allows me to easily import simple, well-organized diagrams comparable with my statement. These templates have been incredibly useful in helping me structure my thoughts on a process and create a framework within which I can better comprehend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, we have had a wonderful and trouble-free time at Lucidchart, but we initially found the plethora of options and resources overwhelming. Time will reveal whether we were able to realize the potential of the platform. With a few adjustments, Lucidchart can provide the user with a performance guarantee that is higher from the outset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a flowcharting tool. It's not great for anything else but excels at carrying out its specific function. We've recommended using gSuite or diagram.net as alternatives to purchasing a specialized application like Lucidchart.

What do you like best about the product?
This was a new tool! but since it was an easy tool, there wasnt much learning to it, that allowed us to collaborate with multiple users very easily. Being able to share with multiple users with different permissions was GOLDEN!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! But wish there were tabs/ revision history would have helped me in some cases. A tool to automatically organise post-its would be lovely and help keep the board organised from the beginning,

Allowing me to brainstorm with a large group of people is allowing me to be efficient and productive, work remotely and being able to take it wherever I want to work on it or present it, LUCIDSPARK makes it convienient

What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be difficult at first, but the team's plugin in Lucidspark is functional and easy to use. I love that Lucidspark offers video guides to new users- it's a great way to help them get started! I'm also glad there are plenty of high-quality templates available, so I don't have to start from scratch every time. It's simple to distribute links and standard forms, which makes managing product data much more accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I didn't like about Lucidspark. The layout of the platform seemed a little bit disorganized to me. Other than that, though, I thought it was an excellent system overall. Any advantages always come with some disadvantages, but in my opinion, the good far outweighs the bad with this one.

The Lucidspark team is geographically dispersed, so they needed a digital platform that would allow them to collaborate in real-time on ideas despite their dispersion. They attempted to use Microsoft Whiteboard, but their results were highly unprofessional. The content they generate in Lucidspark is nearly ready for display.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility. You can start drawing without having to plan you space. As your project developer you can easily move assets around all connectors and descriptors follow effortlessly.

Occasionally the connectors will glitch out. When you move assets. It's relatively easy to fix when you're working alone but can be frustrating if you're collaborating live.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A unified set of assets and collaborative way of working that everyone can use regardless of skill level. (I am an idiot) The fact that as corporate accounts grow they can onboard small business and personal accounts is amazing for scaling up.

Whiteboarding - thats the most important of them all - Its clean, enables you to think more professionally with awesome options for collaboration from teammates
A simple self learning and easy maneuvering experience with Lucidspark

The simple and self training UI. There is a easy flow to the step by step process which makes the use easy and helps to maintain an uninterrupted scale of thoughts towards manging your work.

Lucidspark is offering a platform for a layman , newcomer who is making their ascent towards managing projects and products.

LucidChart: A simple way to create flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is that it's highly accessible. Flowcharts and organizational documents can be created quickly and attractively. It makes it simple to create charts with a professional appearance. You can learn as you go with Lucidchart by taking advantage of the program's contextual hints as you navigate its various document types. I can always refer to the examples provided if I need assistance determining how to format my charts. My document is always perfectly aligned and presented professionally because of the included grid lines and alignment tools. If I have additional questions after reviewing this information, I can utilize the search bar function on the website. Additionally, exporting charts as images or importing them into Word or PDF documents is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Lucidchart is the price point. It's simply too expensive for what it offers. We had to switch to the Enterprise package to maintain control over our domains and meet basic data encryption and access requirements set forth by regulators. But even with that, we still can't get basic analytics from them about who's using the tool and when. We've reached out to account representatives, but no resolution has been found as of yet. We only want log-in information for users within the past month, quarter, or year—but they can't provide that information."

Lucidchart helps visualize complicated data pipelines and inter-app connections for less technically savvy stakeholders. It is cloud-based, so users never have to worry about losing data, and details can be filled in as a group.
