Easy to use, intuitive with nice sticky notes sorting/ filtering options
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing sticky notes sorting/ filtering options, they are really helpful. Also, it is easy to use from the beginning, and many templates available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing options are quite confusing. I've shared a link to my board with some of my colleagues, who use their private account, not a corporate one. And they didn't have an access to multiple features and couldn't collaborate until I changed a sharing option to "guest without login". So they had to open a link from an incognito window without login required and only then they got full access. This was a little bit strange
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online Collaboration, integration with Jira/ Confluence, almost all that you need in one place. I feel more productive when working with clients
Great Lucid product for remote collaboration and brainstorming.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a handy and high-quality virtual whiteboard created by Lucid. I've tried it on a few different groups. It's simple to collaborate; I especially appreciate being able to create new items with a single mouse click and tag and automatically collect content based on those tags. This dramatically speeds up the creative process. Its compatibility with LucidChart simplifies converting fleeting thoughts and notes into tangible objects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't wait to get my hands on a working iPad integration. Because of our deep investment in the Microsoft ecosystem, we required assistance integrating Lucidspark with Microsoft Teams and different apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark collaboration via remote locations makes group brainstorming and idea mapping easier. It is advantageous to collaborate and write collaboratively on projects, collaborate across teams to gain insight, and quickly incorporate visual aids such as process maps, decision trees, and polls.
Lucidchart is an excellent online tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Lucidchart is that it has a tool for everything. Whether you're a novice or a seasoned pro, you'll be able to find the ideal design for your needs in the provided charts. In addition to flowchart and data-flow diagram tools, there are also tools for developing coding and programming diagrams. However, templates can be used for a variety of purposes besides coding. A model exists to follow in any field, be it business, economics, or science. Thus, the scope of Lucidchart surpasses that of its competitors. It includes all necessary worksheets and paperwork; it delivers exactly as promised in this regard.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I like best about Lucidchart is its click-and-drag simplicity, which makes it an excellent tool for creating quick diagrams. The auto-save feature has also been handy, as I have had to make a few phone calls and leave my computer while working on projects. I have never lost any progress or had to redo anything, which is a real-time-saver.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a great program that helps me complete tasks on schedule. I love the templates that can be imported and automated. This saves me half the time when documenting procedures.
Lucidspark helps me with marketing campaign design and other flowcharts.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark's greatest strength is its potential to simplify the visualization of complex marketing campaigns and processes for executive use. For clients in a variety of industries, I use Lucidchart to create marketing plans, workflow diagrams, and available for download materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Lucispark right now. I've been a client for a while, and I can attest that the system's early stages were not without hiccups. However, any problems I had with the service's current functions and features have been resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily and clearly present various campaign choices to my colleagues using Lucidspark, allowing them to make timely decisions. Being able to make and implement decisions quickly is a huge competitive advantage in the marketing industry.
Lucidchart is the ultimate diagramming resource.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how adaptable Lucidchart is and how it serves many different company strategy purposes. It's beneficial that you don't need any previous experience to create expert-looking diagrams using Lucidchart's straightforward tools. Plus, rearranging the components on the stage without having to start from scratch is super helpful. And as we learn more, we can update our understanding by adding notes about each component for our team members' benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had excellent experiences with Lucidchart in the past twelve months. While there is always a little learning curve when using new software, Lucidchart makes its aid feature readily accessible whenever required. They also deliver valuable articles demonstrating how to maximize efficiency using predesigned layouts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucidchart Developing is a tool for creating complicated systems for cities and power grids of the future. Because it is so simple to alter just by moving boxes, I occasionally make flowcharts to record our thoughts in the middle of a conversation.
Good product for interactive whiteboarding, almost perfect!
What do you like best about the product?
Diagramming on-the-fly is made really easy, and it's quick to get started with, especially when using the iPad app and the Apple Pencil, while still being reasonably feature-rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
Turning a Lucidspark document into a Lucidchart document isn't as smooth as I'd like it to be. Shapes and text inside of shapes aren't really "translated" as well as I'd like them to be. I'd love the ability to draw using Lucidspark, then turn that hand-drawn flowchart into a Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark lets us diagram our complicated processes faster during meetings. During a meeting, it's much faster to draw with an active stylus on a tablet than to use a mouse-and-keyboard in Lucidchart to make quick diagrams that everyone can make sense of in the moment. Afterwards, we can take the Lucidspark document and turn it into a Lucidchart document that goes into our permanent repository of documentation.
Create complex diagrams with ease
What do you like best about the product?
The flow of creating diagrams in Lucidchart is optimized for speed. Accessing the tools you need to make your diagrams look amazing is effortless. The platform is fast and responsive even with large documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The included shape library, while allowing you to import your own set, could come with more options out of the box. The sharing and publishing options could be more intuitive, and I wish you could get rid of the aggressive "Join Lucidchart" message on the shared link, especially with a paid plan. Custom branding would also be excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps my team and me visualize complex structures, processes, and workflows. The program is intuitive and easy to use compared to other diagramming solutions and is very fast. Exporting diagrams or embedding them into internal knowledge bases is excellent for our information management.
Helpful diagrams for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Salesforce-related diagram templates, the easy-to use-canvas, and the drag-and-drop elements. I haven't used a better diagramming application than Lucidchart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a dislike, but I'd like to have some quick tutorials on creating simple and effective diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me visualize a business process and identify gaps and improvement ideas. I also like showing the visual representation to stakeholders as we all understand things better visually.
Practical and very usefull
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and interact with. I'm personally taking advantage of the confluence integration to share the work with other team members, our diagrams and document our work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience sometimes is not the best. For instance, some basic actions require too many clicks, and the steps can be simplified. (e.g. menu navigation)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, we are using Lucid to document our systems architecture that we share among all team members. We take advantage of confluence integration in order to embed our diagrams in our technical documents, so they become clearer and easier to read.
Smooth and easy experience to create flow graphs
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create flowcharts and share it with my colleagues. Also all the necessary tools are available which makes it more easy to work on a single platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pencil support could be added to manually draw something on the web browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any idea from brainstorming can be visualized using the charts and other tools, hence great tool to generate visual representation of your ideas. And a user friendly tool for presentations.
