What do you like best about the product?
I particularly appreciate how Lucidspark allows me to organize and communicate my ideas. It gives me a platform to quickly sketch out complex projects, processes, or relationships in an organized manner that colleagues easily understand. The collaborative nature of Lucidspark encourages further discussion among team members, which helps streamline development tasks and validates hypotheses effortlessly. For consultants, this tool is precious as it provides a comprehensive visual representation of complex concepts while enabling collaboration amongst peers on the same project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I appreciate the reliability of Lucidspark. However, a basic flowchart template to customize as needed would be beneficial for many users. Additionally, zooming in on charts while exporting them would also make it much easier when working with larger ones; without this feature, you end up having to break up your chart into multiple smaller versions before they're readable, which adds more effort and time-consuming labor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have implemented Lucidspark to address the need for more documentation for essential business functions, such as marketing and sales pipelines and team transition points. With its easy-to-use features, Lucidspark helps improve clarity by adding additional context through images associated with each process stage.

The visual representation to explain someone something is always the best way and this is what lucidchart solves.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. One thing I wanted to add is around accessibility.

To explain someone from non-technical background technical things and vice-versa is the most important that lucidchart solves
Best Website for Creating Algorithms for Documents
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I love most about Lucidchart is that it is free to use! The interface is also very user friendly, so it was easy for me to learn the platform to begin creating algorithms for urgent documents. I also love the variety of shapes and colors available to make aesthetically pleasing documents. Lastly, I love the automated arrows that can be dragged off of the shapes, which saves me a lot of time. The website is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing about Lucidchart is that I cannot use the Times New Roman font to match my documents. I wish there were also an option to make the editing space the size of letter paper (if there is than I was not aware). Lastly, I am limited to two saved documents because I am on the free version, but that is understandable and amount of free services is very nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create algorithms for business documents and the built-in one with Microsoft Word was very difficult to navigate and time-consuming. Lucidchart is very user friendly and efficient.

Data driven diagramming and easy editing
What do you like best about the product?
Smart containers have been a planning game-changer for my team. Connecting a data source (CSV, Sheets, Excel) to a diagram and being able to visually rearrange the chart for planning and analysis has made it really easy for architecture discussion and even content management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Is wish there was a two-way sync for Smart Containers, but the export as CSV has allowed us to make versions of our visualization, so that's worked fine. I believe you can do something like that with the Data Linking feature and I just need to explore it more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The team is entirely distributed, so we use Lucid for our process diagramming and documentation. We also use it as a virtual whiteboard over Zoom meetings, which works well for us when we're trying to understand or define a process.
A lifesaver for visual learners and anyone building out processes.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the general UX of Lucidchart is excellent and easy to pick up for anyone familiar with GSuite or Office. Putting together a chart - complicated or simple - takes no time. I go out of my way to use Lucidchart, and I'm someone who has bounced off of similar tools in the past.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only potentially negative feedback about Lucidchart would be that I want to use it more, but of course, Lucid has their other great offerings like Lucidspark adding additional use cases. If I'm digging deep, I find that box sizes snap somewhat unpredictably - the option to set up document-wide formatting for things other than text would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing complicated workflows or problem resolution steps - especially between teams - is the problem it solves for me. I've started attaching Lucidcharts to all new or updated processes within my team, making it simple for new team members to step in and contribute immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how simple it is to work in LucidChart. It feels very intuitive to work and collaborate with.

There could be some improvements on how the formatting and curves of lines are.

A simple way to create charts
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Lucidchart makes it easy to create flowcharts with its intuitive and user-friendly interface. The arrows linking individual boxes help the chart stay organized and make the flow easier to understand. Adding links to webpages and other documents from anywhere within the chart is invaluable, giving presentations a more professional and polished look.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although Lucidchart is generally an excellent product, one of its main drawbacks is that it offers limited file storage space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Lucidchart, I can quickly organize and develop complex diagrams, which helps me save time and increase efficiency. I can also access and share my charts from almost anywhere, allowing me to work from multiple devices.

Should allow to save and updating diagrams under trial licence.

My favorite online charting tools
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the versatility of Lucidchart and the many ways it can be utilized to support business operations. Its intuitive features make it an excellent choice for novices in creating high-caliber diagrams with relative ease. New information about each item can be continuously monitored and tracked for the collective's benefit. Moreover, organizing elements of a chart without building them from scratch is immensely efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucidchart's initial onboarding process could benefit from some minor improvements. Despite this, I quickly gained confidence in my chart-making abilities, leaving me eager to start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm already benefiting from Lucidchart's ability to integrate visuals and numbers into one diagram, simplifying process analysis, and data visualization. It's a great way to break down processes into understandable and visually engaging charts, with numerical data adding extra depth to the overall presentation.
