Experience Lucidspark's extremely simple and valuable solutions
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease and convenience of using Lucidchart. Its intuitive interface allowed me to quickly create a framework/organisational chart for my team - something I struggled to do online or through other video tutorials. Collaborating with team members on this project also proved easy, even using the free version! What impressed me most were all the additional features; thanks to these discoveries, I am now an avid customer who will continue to use Lucidchart's capabilities for various tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that Lucidspark is lacking when it comes to reorienting pages in landscape mode. Also, the interface feels clunky and over-complicated; I would have preferred a simpler approach to formatting text by making edits or adjustments. Despite these drawbacks, if you only need the basics, investing in Lucidspark could be an economical choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to Lucidpark, I'm now better equipped in my customer onboarding efforts. With the platform at our disposal, I can create more straightforward and organised customer journeys and operational procedures.
A Versatile Tool for Creative Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I recently used the collaborative whiteboard of Lucidchart, and I'm very impressed. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and I was able to quickly create and share ideas with my colleagues. The drag-and-drop feature makes it easy to move and re-size objects on the board, and the various tools make it easy to customize the diagrams to my exact specifications. The best part is that multiple people can access and collaborate on the same board, which makes it perfect for team projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Lucidchart's whiteboard has been a great asset to our team's creative process. Lucidchart's whiteboard has been an invaluable tool in helping us to brainstorm and develop our ideas.
Very useful for data scientists!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using LucidChart for a few things related to Data Science:
- Infrastructure Architecture Design - LucidChart is great for documenting what kind of systems we have, how they interact, and what the data flow is through them.
- Documenting Logic - We need to track many important and complicated metrics as a business. LucidChart is excellent for documenting what that logic is and efficiently delivering it to relevant stakeholders.
- Process Design - We need to keep track of many operational processes between multiple teams. I love using LucidChart to document these.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the publishing and sharing features a little confusing sometimes. And I've had trouble embedding LucidCharts in Notion (where we store most of our documentation). But the core sharing functionality is still great and meets my needs. It's some of the more niche use cases that are a little finicky sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart helps us solve the business problem of documenting complex processes, system architectures, and metric logic. As a result of LucidChart we can focus on implementing new solutions, improving processes & architecture, and more efficiently troubleshooting issues when they arise.
LucidSpark UX
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy collaborating with geo-dispersed people in a flexible and creative medium, alleviating unconscious (distance) bias that can occur with hybrid engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll throw down a giant white square to use as a backdrop and different shapes to visualize workflows within it ... team members throw down their post-its ... being able to have a single click mass-lock-and-unlock by asset type (post-its vs shapes)
I used a track pad and that makes my physical UX with the site great, people using a mouse tend to struggle with navigation as they're coming up to speed with the tool.

Helps me solve collaboration gaps within a geo-located SDLC
Helps me get the whole team engaged
Their are features (especially the gifs) that allow team members to have fun with their engagement (which feels dry and hard when virtual)

Lucidspark - Unlocking excellence in teamwork
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Lucidspark makes it easy to collaborate, discuss tickets and share the whiteboard view with team members or external stakeholders. Its intuitive interface allows us to use comments, emoticons and GIFs for efficient communication. And its bi-directional integration with JIRA gives us more flexibility to connect different ideas into a cohesive flowchart of action items, thanks to the helpful 'create arrow' feature that helps us easily connect existing cards. Grouping/ungrouping elements and locking components provide structure so that teams can easily save diagrams once each component has been defined based on their collective feedback, making it a simple yet powerful tool that we all enjoy using!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the difficulty I experienced in learning how to prevent objects and arrows from 'snagging' on awkwardly placed things. I also felt that there was too much emphasis on solving existing problems rather than creating new ones. It was also difficult to get used to interacting within a shared whiteboard or applying certain permissions, despite its potential to facilitate collaboration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Lucidspark saves me time when working with groups. We no longer have to worry about writing and erasing ideas on a whiteboard; instead, we can easily collaborate online in real time by sharing our thoughts directly on the platform.

Lucidchart Review
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is quite user-friendly and easy to use. When creating organizational charts, Lucidchart is so much better than the way I used to create them. I especially like that it is web-based so I can work on it from anywhere and invite others to collaborate on the same document. The templates Lucidchart offers are very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much I dislike about Lucidchart. My main complaint is the lines and arrows can be tedious to move around. I've found it works better to delete the lines before trying to move the boxes around and then adding the lines and arrows back in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating organizational charts in Lucidchart is a lifesaver for my job. I previously did them in Excel, which was not an easy feat. Lucidchart has made it so the organization charts take much less time to put together.
