It was easy to setup and a breeze to use for everyone.
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the simplicity of the process. After setting everything up, I received a link easily shareable with the trainees. It was a great interactive experience for the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes to share about Lucidspark. I liked the product and will use it again for future training and webinars. The participants enjoyed the interaction, and it was nice to offer variety to the group.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having an option to offer interactive activities for online training is crucial. Lucidspark helps to solve the challenge by offering a way for groups to collaborate online.
I loved using Lucidchart as a beginner!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is so straightforward and flexible. I quickly understood the objects and how to use different objects on the tool. The quick tutorial helped me get started faster, and there is a template for literally every application in a business process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the fact that I had to download the diagram I created that messed with the scaling.
Secondly, I would prefer the window to give me a scale of a standard paper size so as I create my document, I can see how it would look printed or added to a google doc.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helped me breakdown and expound a business processes in a clear way. The team was able to understand all the parts of the process as they were clearly laid out. I was able to create a business process the same day after logging in and going through the tutorial.
Encourages teammates to share their ideas and provides an inclusive environment.
What do you like best about the product?
I have experience using various collaborative whiteboards, and I can confidently recommend Lucidspark for its excellent facilitation tools and comprehensive functionality. Lucidspark creates an inclusive environment during meetings and presentations where everyone can speak out and contribute, a refreshing change from the status quo, where a small group often dominates. Lucidspark's simplicity and power make it accessible to all users regardless of their technical ability. I particularly appreciate its seamless integration with Loom and the variety of interactive elements, such as reactions and polls. The automated table of contents and ability to share specific paths with participants make navigation easy, and the wide range of pre-made templates saves time and adds value to the overall experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is a slight learning curve, I have not encountered any significant concerns with Lucidspark. Some features may be challenging to find initially, but they become more accessible with regular use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark has helped me conduct more engaging and exciting meetings and presentations. It provides a platform that amplifies everyone's voice and ensures that all participants have the opportunity to contribute.
Perfect mind maps for my project and shared projects
What do you like best about the product?
Possibility of having the mind maps online and not just on paper. I am currently writing my masters thesis and I wrote bachelors thesis using Lucid and this serves well for my evaluation what to do. Having it always with me and also the possibility to share it with the supervisor of my master thesis helps us work much faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to decide, but as I am student, then probably paid subscription but that is kinda lame, I know you have to make money from something. :D free version also does the job. So maybe some students trial versions, school "licenses" or smth like that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I told previously - visualizing my duties regarding the master thesis and before the bachelors and therefore more efective work. Also for personal projects like organization of friend's birthday party to know what to do when and how to do it efectivelly as possible.
Simple to use to create company procedure flow charts and diagrams.
What do you like best about the product?
Instinctive to use, tutorials are available but are not completely necessary. The whole system is fairly drag and drop for a basic user like myself, however I am aware that there are more advanced features available.
I have only had experience using Visio by comparison and that seemed a little clunky, and I did have some performance issues in the past.

What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the shapes is not always the easiest due to the requirement to expand certian cells to scroll through, although the search bar does make this easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procedure and process was difficult to create in a "method statement" style. Use of diagrams and flow charts allows better visualisation and reduces the risk of confusion.
Powerful ER Diagraming tool
What do you like best about the product?
The query to pull the ER Diagram from SQL, and the versatility to include in your diagram whichever tool you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Shapes pannel display bugs out and shows fully blank. Its nothing major, you just need to relog in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ER Diagraming tool is super powerful and saved us a lot of time.
For a paid software, you can get a lot out of the free version.
What do you like best about the product?
The efficiency and effectiveness of the web app. Practically every graph, chart, module, or diagram that you can think of has a template. It cuts the time in half. One thing I admire the most is that even in the free version you can still access a lot of templates. This is done so effectively to the point that it made me want to become a monthly subscriber. When I have SQL diagrams or flowcharts to do, the templates really help the inspiration to flow(in the sense that I know how to arrange the blocks) and It has also cut my working time tremendously. The drag-and-drop objects in the menu make constructing a diagram so satisfying. Unlike other online diagram builders (free and paid) the UI is not glitchy and the preset shapes are neat giving diagrams a more cohesive look. The guidelines are so detailed that you can have perfectly sized boxes and line spacing every time without using copy and paste.
As if it couldn't get any better the website has articles that talk about literally every template the company offers. Not only do they talk about the template but It also educates users on what the diagram they want to make is, what each element(preset shapes, lines, words) represents, and how to use it. Additionally, to make the template easier to find hyperlinks are conveniently located on the page to start editing.
NO ADs, this is arguably one of the best things about the LucidChart web app; I have not seen a single AD yet. Normally you'd expect that a web app that is offering you some limited service would have at least one Ad squeezed into the page, well this has not been the case for me. I love that.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although I haven't had a reason to contact the LucidChart, support team, it took me a while to not only find the Support button but to find a form or chat icon to be able to chat with someone concerning an issue/ fill out a form to be later contacted. Normally, most websites have their Logos with hyperlinks to take you back to the home screen but surprisingly this wasn't the case for LucidChart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making diagramming easy, integrative, collaborative, and, accessible is one of the main things I look for when it comes to software & web apps like Lucid. I can confidently say that Lucid has delivered; I always appreciate the fact that LucidChart users not only collaborate on drawings but integrate them into other Cloud apps such as Google Docs. It has made it so easy for me to do work with my colleagues while on the app. We can chat, we can edit, and we can import and export all in one app which makes it much easier to hyperfocus rather than being in and out of different apps.
Such a User Friendly and Effective Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart makes designing workflows and collaborating across teams so easy. It is very user-friendly, and does not have a steep learning curve which helps adoption between both technical and non-technical users a breeze. I love how much functionality it offers across so many different projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UI can be touchy and it takes a little time to get used to working within the tool and finding your groove. But once you know how to navigate everything, few flaws are left to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We design processes to improve the customer experience and ensure that every touch point is well documented. Using Lucidchart we can host all of these processes in one place and easily share them with different teams or departments to make sure everyone is aligned.
Great end to end experience with ease of sending to others
What do you like best about the product?
We utilized this for creating org charts and found the experience to be significantly easier than our use of Microsoft Visio or other MS products. The ability to share the creation across the team as we made it was also beneficial. We didn't have the opportunity to test other features, but really loved the collaborative nature of the product
What do you dislike about the product?
Exportation of the charts without using Lucidspark's proprietary format was a bit difficult - this made it hard to share across the enterprise to those not using the subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark made it easier for us to live to collaborate on visual products that would have been difficult to pull together on other platforms, even with file-sharing capabilites such as Box.
Super User Friendly visualization tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super quick to learn and definitely a no-brainer if you want to visualize processes/decision-making authorizations.
Easy to adjust and share with the team if needed!

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was some sort of smaller plan also!
I only use it a couple times per year, the value definitely covers the monthly subscription costs, but it would be nice to have some smaller plans, as the projects I run are simple.

Visualizing our various call flows, this helped our front desk to better understand why customer ended up being frustrated as they could now see how people would flow around in the various call queues.
I also keep our Org Charts in here, once someone moves on or steps up, 15 second job to change, export to PDF and inform the team!
