Smooth collaboration and quick diagramming that boosts workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it extremely easy to turn ideas into clear visuals quickly. The interface is smooth, the templates are solid, and real-time collaboration actually works without lag. It’s simple enough for quick brainstorming but also powerful when you need detailed workflows or architecture diagrams. It saves time, keeps teams aligned, and reduces back-and-forth during planning sessions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind higher pricing tiers, and occasionally the editor gets sluggish with very large diagrams. Integrations work well overall, but a few require manual setup that could be simpler. The export options are good, but high-quality exports sometimes need extra steps. None of these are deal-breakers, but they can slow things down during heavy use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me quickly turn loose ideas into structured, shareable visuals. It solves the problem of scattered communication during planning, making it easy for teams to align on workflows, architecture, and project requirements. Because everything updates in real time, it removes confusion and reduces long feedback cycles. It also helps centralize diagrams, so documentation stays consistent across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the visual nature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's a perfect tool for creating flow charts and process digrams. I love how it makes it extremely easy to illustrate complex processes so that they can be easily understood. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides a single, centralized location where all team members can work together collaboratively to solve a problem or brainstorm alternative strategies.

I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for quite a long time and till now, i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite daily and the various templates provided help us to easily arrive at the right template to be used. It is very user friendly and allows us to model our ideas in flow charts.

What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool for diagramming, and the instructions are available the first time you log in. We use it to map out draft versions of proposed processes and collaborate as we build them out. It is an extremely intuitive and easy-to-use software to diagram process flows and business mechanisms. The overall significance) experience has been extremely convenient and hassle-free.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool for modeling systems at a high level and communicating with others. It is compatible with Visio which is commonly used in the industry for diagrams.

It replaces manual diagramming with fast, structured visuals, cuts time spent on layout work, standardizes documentation, and keeps team input in one place without version chaos.
Great and amazing software to use with teams.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to draw flow charts, organizational charts and mind maps. I like how it allows us to focus on larger things while spending very less time on creating diagrams. I like the fact that i can put a lot of different information and channels and diagram it easily. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite improve and standardize any process with organized flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, integrations are a bit hard to set up. Apart from this nothing much to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy to customize to what i need. Also, with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, you can work alongside collaborators on the same canvas simultaneously, even when working in the same room isn't an option.

Among many features is the freehand drawing, which allows us to seamlessly work and move around the canvas. We can define our processes, project planning and analysis with so much ease with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Since it's a cloud-based solution, any member of my team with access can start the creation of the process, and any other team member can update the board anytime with the next step.

Till now Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been very useful to me and I'm unable to find any con.

I appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its innovative workspace capabilities, which enable us to grasp and manipulate geographic areas to build models like classrooms or event spaces virtually. This feature allows us to visualize setups for future and current events without the need to be physically present, enhancing our planning abilities significantly. Furthermore, I admire the collaboration features that allow all team members to simultaneously see each other's contributions in real-time, which effectively eliminates overlaps and miscommunications. This capability ensures that we all remain on the same page with assigned tasks and enhances our workflow coordination. The comprehensive nature of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to manage all collaboration processes within a single app, eliminating the need to juggle multiple applications, which streamlines our workflow and enhances collaboration. The availability of various formats, templates, and processes within the suite adds a level of customization and efficiency, catering to our specific project needs.

I feel the guided outline could be improved when inviting others to collaborate. New users often find it challenging to figure out how the collaboration process works. The initial setup was a bit difficult until I received guidance from a representative.

Super useful for visual planning and team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and intuitive Lucid is to use. Even when I first started using it, I didn’t need much of a learning curve. The drag-and-drop interface just makes everything smoother, and it’s really great for visualizing processes or brainstorming ideas. I use it a lot for building flowcharts and project maps, and it’s been super helpful for getting everyone on the same page. Also, the real-time collaboration is a big win being able to work with teammates at the same time without any confusion is just awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get a bit laggy if the diagram gets too complex or has a lot of elements. Also, I wish there were a few more templates that fit niche use cases. The ones they have are solid, but a little more variety would be great. Other than that, I don’t have many complaints it gets the job done really well.

Lucid helps me a lot with turning messy ideas into something visual and easy to understand. It’s especially useful when I need to explain workflows or processes to teammates or clients. Before this, I was using slides or drawing things by hand, which just took more time and wasn’t that clear. Lucid makes it quicker to communicate ideas, saves back-and-forth time, and keeps everyone aligned especially during remote meetings or async work.
Outstanding Collaboration, Needs More Features
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the collaborative features of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. The platform offers exceptional collaboration tools that facilitate teamwork effectively. It allows for seamless access management and sharing between co-workers, making it easy to coordinate and work on projects together. The AI diagramming feature is a standout, helping me to generate essential diagrams quickly and efficiently, which is incredibly useful. The clean user interface and the enhanced collaborative environment were significant factors that led our team to switch to this tool, and they continue to be aspects I value greatly. Additionally, the initial setup process was incredibly straightforward and user-friendly, as simple as signing up with emails, which saved us a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a harsh limit to stuff, which I really don't like. The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite lacks a note-taking tool, which I find essential to offload and organize my thoughts. Additionally, the absence of comments with anchor points is a significant drawback for me, as it limits my ability to provide precise feedback or annotations on diagrams.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for clear diagramming, exporting in various formats, and facilitating team collaboration with access management and AI diagramming for quick creation.
Fast, Intuitive, and Worry-Free Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's very quick and easy to get started. The interface is very intuitive, and progress is saved by default -- you never have to worry about losing anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI generator is not very good, and file organisation is terrible. Once you start to build up a body of projects, it's very difficult to navigate between them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often need to map data, applications, and processes I'm flexible visual arrangements. Lucid allows me to do this effortlessly and pivot at any point in my diagramming without needing to restart, move everything, resize canvases, etc.
