Lucid Chart - process diagram made easy and colorful.
What do you like best about the product?
Easier to use - e.g., automatic arrows from one block to another.

Initial reluctance to move from Visio to Lucid

It helps us put together the process diagram that can be shared by everyone and edited as needed, so everyone is on the same page, and working together on documenting the process
User-friendly visual collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used Lucidchart for diagramming. I appreciate that there a range of standardized templates to choose from, which can each be customized for your needs. The tool is simple to understand and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit manual - for example if I wanted to format something or align objects within a diagram, they would have to be dragged manually. It would be nice if there were automatic formatting/alignment functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Lucidchart solves is it allows for a quick and efficient way to put together visual diagrams. This benefits my use case of information sharing and collaborating on workflows.
Excellent online chart and diagram designer tool
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Lucid Chart to create everything from simple flow charts to quite complicated architecture diagrams. And Lucid chart has never let me down. It contains all of the icons and tools required for drawing the many types of diagrams that we generate on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
One issue I noticed with the Lucid chart was that when it came to making connections from one component to another in a chart, the automated lines that were generated were not always how I wanted them to be, and it was often difficult to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart is a simple diagramming tool that is easy to use.It is cloud-based, which has enabled me to utilize Lucidchart for my user experience diagrams. It integrates with Google Drive, so I can keep my schematics on the cloud for future use.
Great diagramming experience
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to add many standard shapes and icons used in the Software development industry, such as cloud provider services and UML.
The diagramming experience is excellent; adding and connecting shapes is easy and intuitive, and you can get great-looking diagrams using the pre-defined styles.

What do you dislike about the product?
If anything, the predefined style options are pretty few; it could offer more choices of color combinations and line styles, such as a hand-drawn style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart allows me to create software diagrams to document technical designs and communicate these designs to my teammates in a way that's easily understood. It allows me to generate good diagrams quickly without losing time dealing with the tool itself because of its ease of use.
Incredibly powerful and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity in my thinking increases by 10x when I can picture what I'm trying to do. You have a template for almost everything, and that saves me a lot of time by setting up the groundwork from which I can build. It's my go-to app for any brainstorming session. The learning curve is quick, collaboration is smooth, and my productivity has dramatically improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing big to dislike about Lucidchart. Previously, I used Figjam for my collaboration and would appreciate some of the features from there being imported here (stopwatch/countdown timer, emoji stickers, stamps, etc.). It made brainstorming in a virtual environment feel more human.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps me in visualising my problems better. I feel more confident about an area once I've mapped it out on the app. It makes knowledge transfer quicker and helps convey a concept to a set of new people in the fastest possible manner.

Flowcharts Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I loved that the visual I had in my head could be created in this program so easily. I attempted to make what I believed to be a simple, uncomplicated flow chart in other programs, but it was very difficult and time-consuming. Lucidchart is very user-friendly, and I made a few great charts in no time!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of this program was that it was a bit complicated to save or download a project at first glance. Maybe this could be addressed in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart made it easy for me to create a simple, easy-to-follow flowchart for the processes of my business. This is critical as I show this to clients frequently.
