What do you like best about the product?
Fairly straightforward and easy to learn. Hover over features for quick explanations make it easy to utilize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user friendly with my particular computer set up

Adding additional context and visibility to SOPs for business partners.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is simple to use to create professional-looking charts and workflows. I love being able to quickly transfer a chart from Lucidchart to a Google document/sheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little while to learn how to be proficient. But once I learned it's become significantly easier. Would recommend a 1:1 with a Lucidchart professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to create and save templates for often-used org charts and diagrams. Saves me time from having to recreate the wheel each time.
Lucidchart is a god send for Industrial Engineers
What do you like best about the product?
As somebody who has used a variety of process mapping software throughout her degree, Lucidchart has always been my absolute favorite. It's easy to use UI is probably the best in the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was an auto-align feature. Once i make a small change to a process map, re-aligning all the boxes can become very manual and tedious, but something a machine could automate easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am usin Lucidchart to map out existing processes and looking into potential process improvements that could be made. I love te post-its because it reminds me of a real life white board!

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart has an Intuitive interface which is easy to pick up on and begin work immediately. Taken from Visio for inspiration, its a web based tool that allows you to manipulate and modify any chart, mindmap or diagram.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish some of the buttons were bigger, but its hard to find space in the work layout and still be functional. Perhaps a customizable 'view' of the dash with less buttons?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to view and modify Network Diagrams where needed. I am considering using it for a dynamic Org Chart solution as well, but it remains to be seen whether it will meet my needs.
Great product that is user friendly and efficient
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Lucidchart is the user-friendly interface. We train our student workers and new employees on this software and it never fails to be an easy process.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not really noticed any downsides to Lucidchart at this time. Perhaps could offer a wider variety of layout options and backgrounds, but this is not a dealbreaker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Lucidchart to clearly lay out degree requirements and sequencing to help our students better understand and stay on track for the path to their successful degree completion.
Brilliant and flexible alternative to Visio now that i'm running a macOS device.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that its web-based, has all the tools i'd expect to see. I.e the same tools I saw in Visio execpt i'd say its runs better!

Whilst its usefull to be web based... I want an application. I don't like that I lose it in my many tabs that I always have open.
I'd like an application that sync's across all my devices.
I would then even be able to create a directory on my devices where I can keep stencils, topologies etc.

The fact that Visio doesn't work on mac.

Easy to use, easy to throw something together, easy to edit and keep flowcharts organized

I mostly use Lucidchart to map database dependencies, but if the database changes, this is not reflected in my charts

What do you like best about the product?
Highly customizable designs, colors, and shapes. Background, text, font, and other features are also highly changeable. The various export options are also great, especially for inserting into papers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have more shape options, and more ways to format the text that goes on to a chart. I found myself reusing options a lot when really more options would have been better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to easily create a flow chart to explain research and coding processes visually. This is great for academic work, though not as well suited for presentations.

Solutions are created to be easy to learn, effective to use and evident in the positive results. Lucidchart checks all those boxes.

Keep things spread out so that you aren't getting lost from your own design.

Flow charts, customer journeys, org chart, roles & responsibilities.

The user interface is straightforward to navigate and it's easy to collaborate with co-workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have never had issues with LucidChart. Once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchrat makes it very easy to articulate new workflows or prcoesses. My team is always on the same page which allows our projects to be completed on time and without issue.
