What do you like best about the product?
It's an exceptional platform that is intuitive to use. Providing an extensive range of tools and templates, any idea is quickly brought to life. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates process mapping and system architecture for project teams. In fact, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite remains a great tool to help us visualize our thoughts and process flows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a reliable and trustworthy platform. I have not yet encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us get a more granular idea of how our processes work. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is also very useful for brainstorming and getting the opinions of other colleagues.
Perfect and efficient way of creating and sharing charts.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plot our processes and plans so that everyone involved is on the same page. Having a flowchart makes it a lot easier to understand the relationship of each of the steps and everyone's role in them. It's helpful to illustrate our thought processes to others who maybe less involved or have less knowledge about the individual steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to add an asterisk that you could click on to expand for further detail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a solid and great tool that makes it easy to collaborate with my teammates to draw special process mapping and process flow visualization. I like how it addresses many problems like better progress mapping, visualization and sharing it with others.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very flexible when choosing various diagram types and it is easy and simple to use. I like how it remembers all the shapes you were predominantly use to create diagrams for quick access. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been super helpful in allowing us to prioritize and communicate more effectively. I love that we can collaborate asynchronously to envision a longer product roadmap which is invaluable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Drawing using stylus pen can be improved for smoother transition.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for showcasing ideas and business process flows. It is used across our whole organization to keep track of our internal processes. It is very useful for charting, remote brainstorming sessions and overall team collaboration.

Apparel and Accessories manufacturing requires a lot of manual production processes. With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I am able to create visual representations of Apparel production processes, including task assignments and workflow sequences which help make informed business decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on mobile application both on-premise and browser since it involves lots of zooming which makes it hectic to create diagrams and charts.

Facilitation of collaboration and communication among production team and stakeholders is one of the benefits of using Lucidspark’s whiteboards.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers a wide variety of templates that I can choose from for projects and reports. The pre-built templates are ready to fill in, which saves me time, and I can edit them according to my needs, making them highly customizable and flexible. This feature is especially valuable for creating flowcharts and cause-and-effect diagrams for my academic projects. The availability of such diverse templates is something I really appreciate because it enhances my productivity. My friend also found the product efficient and enjoyable in comparison to manual diagramming using MS Word.

I would like for an app/software to be available for download.

The platform offers a wide range of templates and symbols to help us create clear and accurate diagrams. The advanced features such as import and integration with productivity tools make it quite ideal for complex diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Free version has limited features with only three documents that can be created. But this is only an issue for free users, paid users will not encounter any major cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supports my process of creating flowcharts to document healthcare workflows exactly as they are currently performed and it also helps bridge communication gaps ensuring we are aligned around shared goals.

What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across a couple of organizations but I mainly use it in a Hospital & Healthcare industry where I work as SBM since I work remotely. How I am able to visualize and develop strategic plans such as business goals and KPIs is what I like most since we collaboratively do it with teams despite geo-locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need I say something really about any downside of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite - only that it requires a Team or custom plan to use the two mobile Apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visual representations of my hospital governance and oversight is one of the benefits that I experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how user-friendly this software is; it's not complicated at all. Its simplicity makes it much easier to create even complex process maps. I also enjoy the variety of shapes available and how organized and neat it keeps my work.

There are a few restrictions on the free trial, but these are easily outweighed once you start using the full version.

This software addresses my need to efficiently map out our organization's processes. It allows me to easily identify areas for improvement, such as digitizing certain workflows or eliminating duplicate steps.

I appreciate the flexibility and freedom that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers, as it allows me to experiment with various ideas in a free and open environment, much like having a canvas where I can place anything I want. I love the ready-made templates available, especially when time is of the essence; for instance, I was able to quickly facilitate a team retrospective meeting by selecting a retrospective template from the library, saving me a significant amount of preparation time. The integration capabilities with other tools I use, such as Confluence and Jira, enhance my documentation process by creating a seamless workflow. Additionally, the initial setup was incredibly easy—requiring nothing more than accepting an invite—which made my transition to using the suite smoother. Overall, my experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been overwhelmingly positive, as evidenced by my willingness to recommend it with a high score of 9 out of 10.

It significantly aids in organizing large amounts of UX research data in a way that is easy to understand and present. The ability to collaborate with designers and product managers in real time, especially during remote brainstorming and refining user journey maps, is invaluable. What I like most is how effortlessly it converts raw research notes into clear, structured visuals that the entire team can instantly understand and collaborate on. This feature is incredibly valuable because it enables me to quickly spot patterns that aren't obvious in text form and helps facilitate focused conversations with team members, thereby speeding up decision-making and reducing misunderstandings. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, allowing me to explore templates and start building a user journey map within just a few minutes, even as a beginner.

The main challenge for me with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is managing really large boards. When there are dozens of sticky notes and diagrams, the interface can feel cluttered and navigating it becomes cumbersome. I also feel there is a lack of built-in templates that are specifically tailored for UX workflows such as affinity mapping or persona creation. This absence means I spend more time setting up these processes manually during the early research phases.
