Good solution for diagramming
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart is an intuitive platform for creating architectural drawings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grouping items and drawing lines could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to create a complex architectural diagram, and Lucidchart made it easier.

What do you like best about the product?
uml diagramming tools. arrows connect very easily and all of the default shapes are easy to adapt into whatever uml diagramming needs i have.
What do you dislike about the product?
limit on the freemium account tier - only having editing access for the last 3 documents makes older lucidcharts useless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
lucidchart is an easily accessible, easy to use diagramming tool. not many other free-ish, web based alternatives exist out there that look as good as lucidchart does.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create new charts. Easy to make changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to load charts. Sometimes I found it is not easy to share across teams.

Visualizing logic decisions of various systems.
Easy to use visualization and documentation tool
What do you like best about the product?
From day 1, it was easy just to jump in and start using Lucidchart. It's also very responsive with no lag or delay. Splitting up projects and organization is easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Outside of a simple visualization and organization tool, it didn't offer much more capabilities. And if it did, it wasn't evident. While I like using Lucidchart, other competitors could most likely replicate and replace it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize a flow and to organize assets to be company-wide facing.
Lucidchart is very useful for visualizing diagrams and processes.

sometimes selecting and sizing figures, and finding a proper template, can be tricky.

Lucidchart helps create visual diagarms of many of our processes to make learning them more digestible.
Quick Diagramming Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
LucidChart just seems to work the way you'd expect, without having to struggle to figure out how to do something. It's my go-to for making diagrams when I'm in a hurry.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of LucidChart is that it doesn't seem to be as widely used as other tools, so it's often more difficult to share or collaborate with other colleagues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
LucidChart is helping me to create flow charts/diagrams with ease. I like how quick and easy it is to draw various shapes, add text, change colors, connect things with lines, and even label those lines.
I thought it was a very easy to use program to create work flow diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The different figures were easy to determine how best to use them and it was easy to align the processes within the boxes. I found it very user friendly without needing a ton of tutorial training
What do you dislike about the product?
I only used the free version so that might have been some of the limitations, however I would have liked to be able better understand additional functionality options with a paid subscription, but to me it seemed as though it just allowed more than 1 workflow for use and it would be easier to save and share.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was very helpful in laying out current process flow and how that fits into our existing org structure. It also shows where we have some deficiencies/gaps that could be filled.
Lucid chart is a great program for beginners and has potential
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how straightforward the program was. When I used it for one of my university classes the program didn't have many complicated items to it and I could begin my work quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the options to format items were a bit too little. I felt like the program needed more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart was able to solve problems in the construction industry and organize process maps to direct productivity. I was able to complete my project using this program.
Streamlined Communication for diverse team
What do you like best about the product?
I run a company with 95% remote workers. Lucidchart has been effective in helping us organize our architectures, developing visual diagrams and flowchart which we use for communications and collaborations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike Google products we have grown to love, Lucid is not the best for collaborating with external parties not interested in becoming a Lucid customer. I am yet to find the right balance but for internal use, LucidChart is embedded in our business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unlike Vizio and other tools, I've found Lucidchart to be the most user-friendly. We use the developed diagrams to align the team on our business priorities and ensuring everyone is focus on the same approach.
Easy to Use Infographic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidchart follows easy and clear logic, allowing for intuitive use and quick adoption. It's not the "prettiest" tool, which I actually appreciate because capabilities don't get lost behind UX 'magic'.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can spend a lot of time trying to format things to be aesthetically pleasing, so easier tooling to apply themes and designs would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidchart helps us manage our org chart clearly and concisely. It's also a great, easy tool for us to use as we collaboratively map out customer journeys.
