What do you like best about the product?
Preparing IMGs for USMLE step 1 and step 2 CK licensing exams requires the right strategies and goals to yield high scores. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to map medical curriculum and plan mentorship through creation of visual plans and representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped me mostly in the free mentorship program even though I use it across three companies and I rarely come across drawbacks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Medical mentorship planning and student progress tracking are the key benefits that I gain with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a remarkable tool that has improved productivity in my organization through real-time visual collaboration, charting and diagramming. As the Head of Global Operations in my Fitness industry, I am able to visualize and optimize the entire business processes such as session scheduling and member onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using both Lucidchart and Lucidspark iOS mobile apps since 2023 and I have never experienced bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time strategic planning such as developing business goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) has been seamless to handle with this tool.

What do you like best about the product?
From its interface to the way it works, it’s a perfect program for my diagram designs and flows and the wide array of templates and shapes make producing visually stunning diagrams incredibly effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have any particular dislikes; I can create really simple diagrams or create big ones without any complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The visual nature of its diagrams makes it easier to plot our brand against competitors based on price, quality and service and uncover areas for repositioning. Some other times I’m using it to create process charts that display how our marketing messages are spreading online.
Sufficient flowchart program giving pretty good drawing output capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily I can duplicate diagrams with Command-D and connect shapes and label everything. I can copy styles on to different shapes which facilitates a quick process of generating several kinds of diagrams including flowcharts.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is my favorite diagram design product on the market and I like all its available features and the easiness of use amongst various diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid has been my go to product for creating visual representations of our product market to identify new growth opportunities which now helps us position products effectively across different segments.
Very simple design yet with plethora of options for customizing diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely like how straightforward it is to plan a Dynamic table and Lucid Cards and other shapes can be easily placed in the Dynamic table. It also offers me a large number of templates which makes it a professional and powerful diagram software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not faced any major issues with the software but sometimes when moving objects the links between objects need to be readjusted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically creates flowcharts in our service manuals that guide technicians step-by-step through a diagnostic process and diagrams have been very helpful in tracing the path of power.

What do you like best about the product?
First of all I should mention the interface and navigations. They are really simple and easy to use. As features, there are a range of shapes and templates that gives me the ability to create several different diagrams in a matter of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is great for creating almost any diagram however it requires great focus to find the exact required symbols and icons needed for a diagram.

Allows me to easily create multiple diagrams with visual representation of how a program is expected to work especially displaying the tasks and interventions the program will carry out.

What do you like best about the product?
All combined, I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for two years since I incorporated it from my previous organization as an Art Director till now as a STA. With Lucidchart, I am able to visualize artistic pipelines via creation of visual pipelines which automate asset creation and approval processes. Lucidspark on the other hand facilitate visual collaboration and communication among artists, designers and stakeholders in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the two years that I have been relying on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for visual collaboration, charting and diagramming, I have never encountered a bug that prevented me from accomplishing my artwork and design projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mainly through Lucidspark which offer whiteboarding tools improves creativity through exploration, brainstorming and ideation.
Easy to Use and Free—A Great Choice!

There is free version and it is easy to use.

I wish that there was a text icon when hovering a mouse over a tool to briefly explain to new users what the button will do.

Some advanced features are hidden behind higher-tier plans, and export options can feel limited unless you're on a premium plan. Large or complex diagrams can slow down performance at times, and syncing diagrams across Lucidchart and Lucidspark can be slightly confusing for new users.

Lucid helps me turn complex ideas, workflows, and system designs into clear visuals that everyone can understand. Instead of explaining processes in long messages or documents, I can map everything out visually and share it instantly with the team.
