One of the best visual tools for a team
What do you like best about the product?
Its great for collaboration, its really easy to customize and you can connect data to automatically generate diagrams. Also, but not less importantly, the templates are a great starting point.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easyness to connect data and implement it. It could be easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generating diagrams, customize those diagrams in an expedit way and connect it with various internal data points.

I like how user-friendly and straightforward Lucid is, it makes collaborating with team members very easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of capabilities in Lucid and I don't think I have fully explored all of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid makes it very easy to map out plans across my team and individually, the visual capabilities allow me to color code sections for deadlines. Lucid makes seeing the big picture very easy.

Great website for collaboration, infographics, and visuals to foster cohesive planning.

Some aspects can be a little bit clunky and could be more streamlined when trying to implement changes on a macro level in charts.

Makes visual representation and data implementation easy.
Best way to build architecture diagrams!
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and provides many icons for building architecture diagrams. It is also easy to import files from different platforms and reuse them to build something new in Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few more tool icons can be added to the suite as technology progresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To provide an end-to-end architecture diagram for the internal and external members of the team to view and get details from.
Easy to pick up the basics
What do you like best about the product?
As a beginner, it was fairly easy to pick up and create a first flow chart. I didn't use most of the features, but the onboarding flow guided me to what I needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
On my first project, I wasn't sure how to export to Google slides and used a slow download to screenshot process. Since then, found a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick visual communication of processes. Wanted something easier to create and more polished than what google slides offered.
It was great using Lucid Chart for building a high level feature diagram
What do you like best about the product?
It was very simple and convenient to create a high level feature diagram that described a complex feature. It was also easy to share and collaborate with team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everyone had access to Lucid Chart by default so there was some overhead in getting everyone setup and accustomed to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Breaking down complex problems and displaying core components of a feature architecture in a readable way.

Allows people to collaborate on a single diagram easily from anywhere in the world. All in the cloud. Saved instantly.

Zooming in and out to get the right size can be a bit hard to do.

Easy way to create and share diagrams in a platform agnostic way.

What I like about Lucid is that it enables all users within the organization to seemlessly interact with each other - it's an easy collaboration among employee for better productivity

What I dont like about its a little bit expensive than others given that other softwares are offering the same features

Collaboration among users is one of the problems of our users especially they are around the globe. Lucid helps us to be more collaborative

- Complex tasks may be required to be done by a Process professional.
- For the cost I would have expected better customization capabilities.

At first we've been using Lucid to map out our processes so employees can more easily understand how we work.
