What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for a large initiative to review our current ecosystem within our organization. It is very flexible, super easy to use and intuitive. I like the ability to plot and define our company operating model using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and documentation of team thoughts and ideas in working sessions. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the easiest tool i have ever used and their customer support team responds faster whenever you contact them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything right now. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a robust tool and nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is clean, easy to use and it is perfect to share content and form diagrammatic presentations for all stakeholders involved. It makes it extremely easy to create flowcharts and you are able to drag the needed shapes and lines to where you need them.
A great software that will keep you organized today and in the future.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite very frequently to develop processes and it allows us to relook at our current processes with much clarity. It allows us to easily go from high level concept diagrams that we can create on the fly during customer consultations, then allows us to do low level detail in all aspects of the development cycle. I also like how it ensures that both our company and the client are on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there are more guides on how the shapes are supposed to be used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be a good way to visualize both high level and deeper level data flows. The templates are user-friendly and easy to manipulate. If you are creating an organizational chart for your company, i suggest you draw it out and then use the tools to create your living document.

the switch between select and pan mode but click and hold does the trick. Sometime it does disrupt the flow.

The best feature Lucidchart offers is the ability to collaborate in real-time. Real-time editing with my teammates helps our workflow by aligning us on what the feature should do and how it should be made.

Adding dark mode would be a great improvement for Lucidchart.

I have been using Lucidchart for over three years.
What other advice do I have?
Lucidchart is helpful, but I don't have a good way to measure specific outcomes or metrics, such as time saved or improvements in project delivery that resulted from improved collaboration.
My advice to others looking into using Lucidchart is to try it out.
My company does not have a business relationship with Lucidchart other than being a customer.

What i like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is its ease of use and the flexibility. It has been of great help in supporting us in telling and most importantly showing us where and when we need to take action. From my perspective, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite does a great job in building block flow diagram as well as process flow diagram reflecting the process. It is very helpful, user-friendly and helps a lot to create designs, business diagrams and DFD's, making analysis more effective.

It could make aligning icons more exact and intuitive for better spaced and formatted charts.

Sometimes I use the two mobile Apps, but I slightly dislike how it is hectic to use Lucidchart to create diagrams since it involves a lot of zooming in and out.

It's easy to interact with and get started, making it a great tool for creating architecture diagrams. The drag-and-drop functionality is very convenient, and the mindmap feature stands out as something unique for architecture work. Additionally, the Lucid AI features are impressive—when you provide a prompt, it can generate diagrams for you.

May be a helpful feature to give blogging ability for Architecture diagram inside Lucid itself

We at ServiceNow employees use Lucid charts alot to create our Architecture diagrams for all our complex projects. It is a great tool to collaborate across team members, restrict access when its not needed to share, and we create a lot of Architecture diagrams for every project. We do whiteboarding to ensure we are mindmapping our ideas.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is really an amazing product i have ever seen. It has many features that can be leveraged to design the expected UI easily. I have found it very useful to allow multiple users to collaborate and have input on various processes, workflows and proposals. I find it extremely easy to share diagrams with team members.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for 4 years now and I have not yet encountered any issues.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been an essential tool. I have used it trustfully for 4 years and every time I include a visual of a proposed workflow strategy, my colleagues are immediately on board because of how engaging and visual charts can be designed.

What do you like best about the product?
I think I was among the first bunch to try Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite when it was launched in 2023. Ever since I implemented it, it has never been daunting to run my restaurant. I am able to plan and design my restaurant menus by collaborating with chefs and Admins in one place. Collecting and analyzing customer feedback via Lucid’s data visualization tools has enabled me to make informed business decisions which improve customer satisfaction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the individual tier restricts users from using iOS mobile applications (Lucidchart and Lucidspark) and it isn’t a freemium plan.

It is through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that I was able to optimize tons of processes in our restaurant ; in my case I introduced ordering and payment system via mapping features allocated by Lucid.
