Great tool to deploy out to new corporate users and keep applications secure
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne was extremely easy to install. By leveraging NinjaOne to keep our applications up to date, we are able to maintain user security against known risks, especially since most users do not pay much attention to this aspect themselves.
Lately we have been using the NinjaRemote feature lately to help our customers access multiple hosts easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
One challenging aspect of NinjaOne is the complexity of its dashboard. With so many features available, it can take some time to become comfortable navigating and using them all. However, their thorough documentation has made it much easier for me to find the answers I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne enables us to maintain user security compliance as a remote MSSP managing several small clients. Without this tool, we would not have the visibility or ability to support users in keeping themselves up to date with safe patching practices.
I have had a positive experience using NinjaOne for a variety of day-to-day tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing has been the ability to build scripts in the library and run them on any device. I use Ninja everyday and being able to have a bunch of scripts for different purposes across different operating systems quickens the process to getting those deployed
What do you dislike about the product?
One small inconsistency I have noticed when using NinjaOne is that running scripts, it still shows the script running at the bottom of the device information page but the "Activities" bar will show it has ran
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to see activies that a user or user's computer has done is a big help in day-to-day usage. Seeing when the user last logged in, or restarted most recently or unplugged from a network adapter has sped up the troubleshooting process of giving me context to the problem I am dealing with.
Somewhat reliable RMM solution for small-mid sized Organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
- Remote Tools such as registry, File Explorer, & the Command Prompt.
- How quick the end devices communicate to the console via the agent.
- Scripts Native & Custom very easy to deploy & manage.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Remote Desktop tools such as TeamViewer that we use through Ninja is spotty/has its issues like most remote desktop tools.
- 3PP needs further build out as far as applications supported.
- Ticketing system was horrendous which is why we no longer use it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Remote Tools like File Explorer, Command Prompt, etc. are extremely helpful for "silently" helping users.
- Patch Management for 3PP is alright, supports some of the apps we deploy.
- Beneficial to be able to see each users systems resource consumption, system services, etc. for an overview before troubleshooting potential issues on a device.
- We use it as our Remote Desktop support tool, currently TeamViewer which has let us down a bit but looking forward to the Ninja Remote desktop beta.

Mostly good, wish some concerns/fixes happened faster
What do you like best about the product?
What it is used for, automation and monitoring
What do you dislike about the product?
Patching. It's not just Ninja I understand but it is the number one thing we sell/use it for so when we have to manually do so much patch work still, it eats on the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a 2 person company in line with 900+ endpoints
Great RMM with low overhead and simple managment
What do you like best about the product?
I transistion from another RMM solution that was much more complicated to set up and maintain. Ninja's support staff have been knowledgeable and friendly during the tranistion, I have included all current offerings and find them all sutable. As my MSP lives in the RMM using it daily the simplicity of the UI was increadibly important.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, the only thing that I am struglling with is setting thresholds for reportable events. It would be nice to be able to only trigger a notification in some cases after x number of failures. expecally failed log in attempts, we all mistype our passwords from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The largest issue with my former RMM partner was the complexity of the user interface and set up. NinjaOne addresses this with a clean ui that gives you the information that you need and access to all your tools with a minimum of clicks, Reporting has been a help in creating worklists where you have the ability to click into the machine to actually do the work needed. This helps make my day more effeicent so I can move on to other pressing matters quicker.
A simple tool in a complicated world.
What do you like best about the product?
The system has alot of features that turn complicatied tasks into easily managed chunks. We use the system daily and are able to add new systems easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything to complain about. Ninja has been very helpful to my position in my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the system to monitor multiple companys devices, we are able to use the tools through the system to prevent problems or solve problem when they arise.
NinjaOne has compacted my work day into one window.
What do you like best about the product?
Remote access with a click, application updates simplified, backups turned on with 3 clicks, organization of organizations, custom scripting and running with 2 clicks, daily or weekly policies without having to check on them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to mass push software updates that failed. Backups do not always work, and server backups will take you forever to get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of the tools that normally took 3-4 services in one spot, and growing.
We are an MSP
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. Reliable. Like the patch management and remote access.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monthly billing is based on contract not on actual usage or "live" devices. I wish they would just bill us for any devices online in the last 30 days like BitDefender does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management and inventory and health
Product does what it describes with an ease of use.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy no non-sense migration. We were up and running within days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface is a bit confusing at first. Could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching delays with previous products.
I've found NinjaRMM a very capable and intuitive system!
What do you like best about the product?
Very clean interface with a lot of tools available on the backend, including scripting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a file transfer tool that you could use without actually remoting into the computer, kind of like an FTP client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making it very easy to aggregate endpoints and manage them in an efficient manner.
