Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the fact that ninjaone is easy to use. For example if the end user cannot find the name of the computer. I can look up the computer by using the username. I enjoy the way will install applications on a computer or group of computers. The ability to update teh computers with a patch policy. Easy to keep track of the computers we have and the ability to monitor devices
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like writing scripts. Never been really good at it. Sometimes the remote tool (Teamviewer) will not remote in and will have to have the end user start it up. Or with a Mac I would sometimes get a grey screen and cannot see anything to assist the end user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Another way to remote into the computer. Called Quick Connect is something that will help with computers not currently in NinjaOne
My Experience with NinjaOne
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to group organizations together. I also enjoy the number of features such as Teamviewer, and powershell access to clients machines. I'm amazed how easy it is to integrate NinjaOne into our machines it really is a painless process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is how it used to be so easy to push out an update to an application and set it to run in the background without needing user interaction. I don't like the new system that has you upload the update into ninja and then push it out to a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An effective ticketing system that helps make it easy for users to contact us with a problem as well as keep in touch with other techs on a specific ticket, as well as making it easy to quickly and conviently access our end users devices if necessary.
Excellent complete and reliable RMM system with BEST Patch Management
What do you like best about the product?
Patch management is highly functional.
The rapid support, formally QuickConnect , helps us a lot for occasional support tasks.
The roadmap includes many new features and you can also insert new ideas to submit to the development team.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing negative to report to date but I wish there was support for viewing PROXMOX hypervisor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have centralized management and can intervene proactively.
Furthermore, a documentation tool (also for passwords etc...) and a ticketing tool is integrated.
All of this was previously managed with 3 different applications by our company.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ninja One - An asset to all MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the design, how easy it is to set up scalable policies and how simple deployment is. Our account management has been great and the feature roadmap is transparent and you feel "listened to"
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting isn't great and sometimes there are caveats in the information which Patching lets you ascertain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Applying monitoring polciies on mass to our clients with real simplicity is the biggest benefit. The patch management policies are easy to create and switch to, we now push feature updates, which our previous RMM tools didn't touch.
Monitoring and Management Made Easier
What do you like best about the product?
An intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it accessible for both seasoned IT professionals and beginners. The dashboard is well-organized and doesn't need additional explanations. However, if needed Ninja also provides comprehensive support and documentation, especially beneficial are the one-on-one sessions with Ninja's engineers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced some troubles when contacting regular customer support with some problems that we were experiencing. It took quite some time to resolve the issue that was partially on Ninja's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the easiest way to remotely connect to our customers, we usually have to do it multiple times a day, every day and Ninja makes it easy for both sides. It also allows us to manage different customers' devices all in one place.
It is indeed NinjaONE
What do you like best about the product?
I recently started to manage the devices, systems and servers through NinjaOne after changing my workplace.
Previously I managed through Intunes, SolarWinds and various patchwork IT-Managers that were, frankly, scary. Unsafe sometimes.
With NinjaOne I have everything I need as they say "in one place". I can oversee, manage, apply all through one site without having the need to navigate through 12 different pages. The possibilities they implement after listening to their customers through feedback and reviews is another sincerly awesome point towards NinjaOne. The recent addition of a more structured automation library and the possibility to just code-cook inside NinjaOne something for your specific needs is, yet again, another point for NinjaOne.
Additionally planned are device management, like company phones or tablets. So far, what was available to see in action showed me that its a serious rival to intunes without having to worry about compatibilitly and most important: NinjaOne does not cleanse the phone of very important packages.. like intunes does. So far I only got one negative aspect, that I will list in the next section!
Installment of the NinjaOne Agent is flawless and very easily done, makes it simple for even junior administrators to setup an functioning monitoring.
The customer support regarding help, webinars and working together to onboard a new colleague was an amazing experience, very friendly and thorough onboarding into NinjaOne as well as being open to many questions and even more information if questions came up that not entirely had been about NinjaOne.
I have a daily routine of NinjaOne and after doing the initial setup, the system actually supports you a lot regarding availability and eases administration regarding patch management, system health, backups, logs, tools to apply if you need it to have a specific role to fulfill. Applying those rules, integrations, scripts and using the toolset allows you to save up much time that you otherwise would have to spend on it, making room for more important or time consuming tasks, so your work days are more aligned towards the work-life-sleep balance, in my opinion.

What do you dislike about the product?
Only one previously announced thing.
The lack of an actual log regarding system performance, you have a set timeframe you can observe but so far what happened 3 days ago, is not being logged.
Making it difficult to monitor strange behaviour of hardware in systems, but im sure this will or can be sorted out differently through NinjaOne.

Managing Windwos and Linux Servers from internal and customer environments, patch management for both OS and keeping a firm overwatch on devices being used and what their stability and workload is over the work hours.
Linux management
What do you like best about the product?
Very straight forward management system for linux server. More intent to manage server from management system, not from server side. You can see server monitoring and needed terminal access can be taken straight from management system. Also ready made scripts can be launch easily to server or servers. Very easy to use and fast to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting and inventory can be develop further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching linux servers in correct time windows and with different patches.
Ninja RMM

no easy way to put whole site into maintenence mode
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
