What do you like best about the product?
We've found it consistently better than it's competitors. Remoting into machines is consistently good, and has made our automation and device management significantly easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Quite complicated to use in places, but I suppose that'd normal for such a capable system

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard design is intuitive and straightforward, making it easy to locate specific devices or tasks, such as patch management. NinjaOne simplifies patch management by providing clear visibility into Microsoft patch releases, allowing you to approve, deny, or identify missing patches on specific computers effortlessly. This streamlined process makes managing patches a breeze.

Additionally, NinjaOne integrates seamlessly with Bitdefender, delivering simple yet robust antivirus and malware protection. Beyond these features, the platform offers a wide range of powerful tools and capabilities, making it a comprehensive and user-friendly solution. There’s so much to praise about NinjaOne’s service!
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning to write your own scripts took a bit of learning. Also, setting up backup took a little time, but otherwise was doable with the ninjaone wikipages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch, anti-virus/malware and inventory management. Also, perodic backups of mission critical systems.

Great

What do you like best about the product?
Remote management is easy. Backup portion is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes support engineer doesn't go through the problem description given by the client. Also, its better to have a quick session once a ticket raised, rather asking screenshots and errors. Quick session right after ticket, will help support team to see the problems and give the solution at the same shot if possible.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is straight forward to use, does a fantastic job to allow for remoting into and administrating users' devices, running reports and finding outdated software/machines in need of updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne isn't as good for deploying software as other platforms I've used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administrating Out of Hours maintenance to company infrastructure, supporting users remotely, running scripts and such makes many aspects of my work easier. The remote registry, file explorer, etc features are fanstastic for QoL.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automaton feature and the reports you can run as it saves alot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything as of right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the addition of the warranty report it is helping us to not have to manually check which laptops are approaching end of warranty. I also use it to check if a device is low on RAM at the moment whilst we are working on upgrading machines that are below 16GB. I use the automaton function to remotely uninstall/reinstall various software. I use it to remotely connect over to a computer when troubleshooting and resolving issues.

New to Ninja and so far so good.

What do you like best about the product?
My team recently switched to Ninja One, and we are extremely happy and we are glad we made the switch. Ninja One has helped get us up and running on our new RMM in a few hours. I made some suggestions during the trial period, and they were very responsive in assisting with my requests. I also appreciate the new features they are constantly adding, which is making my team's job a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have only been on Ninja for a few months but for now, I have not come across anything that I dislike. So far every request I have made has been addressed or it's in coming in a future release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ninja One is solving our Remote sessions, Patching, software installs, updates, and MDM. The benefits are we were using different companies to handle our MDM, patching, and AV. We are now under one umbrella and just need to sign into one system instead of 3 different systems.
