Easy Device Management, Smooth Remote Access with Minor Flaws

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use, finding device information is super simple, the ability to find devices based off of different criteria is very good, exporting data to spreadsheets is super useful, and the remote access feature is very smooth and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about NinjaOne is in NinjaOne Remote. Whenever I want to transfer a file over I have to use FTP but with other remote services like VNC I can just copy the file and paste it over. I think NinjaOne Remote would be absolutely perfect if I was able to do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is helping us manage our devices and update them as we need to. It also helps us help our users when they need it and gives us all the information we need to do so.

Instant Insights and Fast Issue Resolution, But Needs Better Reboot Scheduling

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The almost instantaneous polling rate is impressive. Access to real-time information about endpoints and hosts, especially when combined with compound conditions, has proven to be extremely useful. The ability to address common issues on application servers as soon as they occur has saved us a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation is the absence of reboot options within patch policies. It would be helpful to have the ability to stagger host restarts over a set window, rather than having them all occur simultaneously. While this isn't a major concern for endpoints, it poses more of a challenge for application and infrastructure hosts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne allows us to support our end users will also allowing us to monitor and manage configuration on all our endpoints across our organization. This helps us achieve our compliance and security goals while also allowing us to provide hands on direct support to end users.

Excellent Remote Support and Patch Management, But Reporting Needs Improvement

  • October 30, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The built-in remote support tools, third-party patch management, and the capability to run scripts for onboarding remote systems are all valuable features.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, the reporting features feel somewhat clunky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly use this for patch management, which is essential for our operations. The convenient remote support tools also make a big difference for our small team, helping us work more efficiently.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is very easy to use with a UI that is informative without being excessive it simply gives you the information which is important.

We have implemented it into our product seemlessly without issue. We have over 600 devices, which will greatly benefit from the automation's and scripts NinjaOne has to offer.

The team at NinjaOne are also great, fast to respond and always helpful. Personally I like the Dojo and Discord group as it is a place for like minded people to ge the most out of this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
When making remote connections of the connection is not made successfully the error logged does not give enough information, I would love NinjaOne to add extra information on these logs so we can better understand the cause.

Easy Setup with Strong Capabilities for automated patching, reporting, and management

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
With some time in the platform, NinjaOne is very powerful for an RMM. When I started using the platform/tools, I was able to start working and configuring the system and endpoints fairly quickly and easily. As I began to use the platforms increasing integrations and capabilities, in many cases able to figure things out by clicking through the options. But even when you're stuck, the documentation is top-notch -- and linked directly from the page you're on! For even more difficult or custom problems, the ease of setting up a one-on-one call with the NinjaOne engineers is amazing. I have used all of their resources on many capabilities to ensure we are offering our customers with the best service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The expectation of full control with macOS endpoints is pretty limited without the MDM being configured. NineOne does provide many scripts built into the platform that help with a lot of the management of patching of third-party software (limited catalog compared to Windows endpoints). As long as the end-user or system administrator (depending on organization's setup) must approve various system requirements as expected with all macOS systems requiring the deep system control required.

The good new is that NinjaOne has the ability to connect an ABM account to NinjaOne to configure NinjaOne as both an RMM and MDM -- significantly increasing its ability to manage macOS endpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Patch Management is the #1 benefit. This capability is an "easy win" for us and our customers, creating very specific patching schedules per customer, location, or even device. We use NinjaRemote (foreground and background mode) secondly, which also reduced the attack surface since we no longer needed to additionally install other Remote Desktop access software tools.

Impressive Device Management, Minor Remote Tool Issues

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I recently began using Ninja after previously working with SCCM at my last job. I am genuinely impressed by Ninja's range of features and its strong device management capabilities. Overall, my experience with Ninja has been very positive, with only a few minor criticisms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only major criticisms I have about Ninja is its native remoting tool. While most use cases the ninja remoting tool works great I have run into some issue where the tool refuses to connect and just remains in the "connecting" screen
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of use of Ninja and the number of features it provides to manage devices. With its customizable tools and scrips we can automate work and save tons of time

Comprehensive IT Solution with Stellar Support, Minor Setup Hurdles

  • October 29, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best all in one locations to allow for almost all IT related support aspects. Knowlege base, ticketing system, backups, antivirus integration/reporting, remote connection tools, integration with many 3rd party solutions as well as SSO, SCIM integration for easier login/user creation.
Not to mention ongoing customer support via discord, email and 30/60 scheduled appointments with support engineers included.
One of the best all around tools an IT department can have/utilize that won't break the bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system can be a little daunting at first to implement depending on features purchased however worth the investment. The worst complaint I have really is a double edge sword. It is frusrtating to have setup an option/feature or created a process to have them occasionally break with updates. This however is par for the course with any software system these days but does add a bit of frustration. Luckily support at NinjaOne are always on the case rather quickly and can either provide fix/workaround or submit bug/feature request for issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What problem aren't they helping to solve?
There is only one space that I know of we could use that we are not using NinjaOne for and that is SIEM, however it is offered by SentinelOne antivirus which is integrated with NinjaOne if desired.
