NinjaOne has been simplifying our IT Operations, One Task at a Time!
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has become our go-to for efficient day-to-day IT management. It was easy to implement all the software solutions and customer support is always quick to help with any issues or the setup of new add-ons. Its robust ticketing system, seamless remote access to our assets, and reliable patch management have significantly improved our team's productivity. The MDM solution, while a new addition to our toolbox, has given our team an added bonus for maintaining control over our mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
While NinjaOne offers a robust suite of IT management tools, one notable drawback is the lack of dashboard customization. The inability to tailor the dashboard to specific needs and preferences limits its effectiveness as a real-time overview of critical system information. This rigidity can hinder efficient monitoring and troubleshooting, as users may find themselves navigating through multiple screens to access essential data, potentially impacting overall productivity.

Saving me time 1 automation at a time

Deployment options make rolling out NinjaOne a 1 day project. What happens in the test environment has had 100% success in the production environment. No troubleshooting 1 off machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow does take a bit to get used to. I feel like some of the menus are burried in the administration tab. The UI is mostly there but could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to monitor multiple locations and verify software compliance. It saves me a lot of time not having to manually check machines across the network.

RMM for MSPs that focuses on speed, efficiency, technical support and new features in quick cadence.
What do you like best about the product?
The speed and quickness to move around in the User Interface is quite refreshing and seems to be a core value to the product. Our migration was from another well established RMM, and the customer support we received along the way was invaluable. The system is also easily approachable on otherwise typically complex topics - scripting primarly. We were able to integrate several nested policies with minimal effort. So far the account management team as well as the technical support teams have been helpful, quick to provide resolution and be helpful overall. It integrates very well with our PSA and EDR software. The Ninja Remote capabilities are also feature reach. Our initial impressions and continued daily use continues to be positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting feature is a bit lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to quickly and remotely support our customers is the priority, and it does the job very well. The feature set continues to grow and has been extremely dependable for all aspects that we utilize it.
