Daily use of NinjaOne in the MSP space
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has excellent features, such as using NinjaOne Remote and Splashtop, so we are never unable to get into an endpoint. The Active Directory tool has been a time saver for changing passwords. We no longer have to remote into the server. We can change the password from the NinjaOne dashboard.

I would like to see each client on the dashboard without having to favorite each one.

That we do not have to go on site to view what is happening on end user PCs. NinjaOne also has streamlined applying patches.

Ninja RMM has made it easy for MSPs to Monitor and Manage clients
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily create scripts to push to clients. I am able to utilize the background tools such as powershell and cmd to run commands easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I do not have anything that I dislike about Ninja.
I would like to see a more robust documentation add in to where we can document clients admin passwords. I would also like to see some kind of either screen preview or screen shot tool that does not require me to remote into a clients system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to quickly and easily monitor the status of clients systems and proactively resolve issues. The integrated backup makes it very easy to verify backups. The other integrations with Ninja make it easy to get alerts from client devices.
NinjaOne is great for remote and monitoring computers.
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of NinjaOne is the ability to monitor a users computer. Many clients complain about how slow their computer. We can use the tool to easily figure out what is the cause of the issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the process to remote into a user's computer as an end user should be easier. The Ninja Remote install file does not install properly at times. Additionally, there is an update each week where we need to install the new version of Ninja Remote. Some clients receive an issue where they install the new, updated programs and they are still unable to remote into the computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne makes it easier to monitor end users' computer. We can help them solve an issue before they email us about the problem.

Intuitive and Powerful Tool for RMM and Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
We have found NinjaOne's RMM tools to be useful and more than adequate for our needs. However, it is within the arena of Endpoint Management that NinjaOne really shines. Patch management and resources monitoring have saved us untold hours of work while simultaneously increasing our confidence in the stability and security of our endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is apparently expanding their suite of tools (e.g. Backup/DR). While we are excited to see how these products develop, there is some concern that they run the risk of diluting existing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us keep an eye on all of our Endpoints. They also provide the tools that we need to offer remote support. Automation and monitoring notifications allow us to keep abreast of our entire fleet's condition.
