What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been using NinjaOne for some time now, and it has truly transformed the way we manage our IT operations. The platform is very user-friendly, and having all our tools consolidated in one place makes it much easier to monitor our devices without constantly switching between different systems. The automation features have saved us a significant amount of time on routine tasks, allowing us to concentrate on the work that actually drives our projects forward. Additionally, their support team has been excellent always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. I would gladly recommend NinjaOne to any IT team looking to streamline their processes and improve efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to suggest an area for enhancement, it would be the reporting features. While the built-in reports are solid, having greater flexibility to adjust them to our own metrics or particular requirements would be very helpful. A bit more control in this aspect could make an already outstanding tool even more effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne has eliminated many of our daily IT frustrations. Having everything consolidated monitoring, patching, and remote support n a single platform has made our work much simpler. Previously, we had to switch between multiple tools to manage devices, but now everything is accessible from one dashboard. This has saved us a significant amount of time and made our processes much more organized.
The automation features have been especially beneficial. Routine tasks like patching, software installations, and maintenance checks now run automatically in the background, allowing us to concentrate on more important projects. This shift has reduced human errors and increased our overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand and implement, you can get it going without reading through lots and lots of documentation first. Software just delivers, you can simply start with a couple of devices and then build up your complete RMM suite. Support is responding fast and does have the answers you are looking for.
Once you have everything running you can simply check on a daily base how things are going, if needed an alert will be generated.

What do you dislike about the product?
GUI not always consistent, but they are working on it and getting better each release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Devices are now all up to date and report issues if needed. I finally have a overview on how my devices are performing.
Easy to use and feature rich NMS

Comes with a large script library which can be easily extended with your own scripts. Continuesly working on integratin more and more software so that for e.g. Antivirus software ist natively integrated in the eco-system.

Some of the menus are not fully developed or not yet adapted to the standard

Ninja solves the problem of being able to switch to a client via remote maintenance after receiving a warning from an automation and possibly being able to recognise the cause via the client overview.

Best upside is able to remotely resolve issues , take control of the device . Before Ninja One, had to explain over a phone or other communication app and instruction customer how to "attempt" to resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful - Is what appears to be the constant disconnect of a small amount of a select number of machines with no real resolution on why the keep disconnecting

NinjaOne delivers a perfect easy to use enviroment for both admin and end user. Setup is easy using either downloaded file or URL for installation. I use NinjaOne almost daily to deliver the support our customers need. The level of automation features and remote management tools are amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Screen sizing is sometimes a bit of a pain, with some users having different screen resolutions that aren't all easily supported by NinjaOne.

Ease of use connections for remote support. Easily pushing patches using the interface.

Not Much really. Everything is working as expected, The wake on lan feaurure could be a bit better, But that's more on the hardware side
