It's easy to make departments/organisations and integrate into our system, so company PC's are sorted into the right categories and there are tons of stuff you can do! Scripting, deployment of software, whitelisting, remote control!
I open NinjaOne as the first tool every day!

NinjaOne - the RMM tool for everyone, simple and professional
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is a particularly user-friendly (easy to handle) and efficient RMM tool that stands out with an intuitive user interface and can be quickly learned. It allows centralized management of all devices, servers, and workstations, supports multiple operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux, and is thus suitable for various IT environments. The tool offers powerful task automation, especially in patch management, and allows the creation of scripts to automate recurring tasks.
With NinjaOne, administrators can monitor system performance in real-time and receive immediate alerts if necessary. Security and compliance features such as encrypted connections and detailed compliance reports provide additional protection. Furthermore, the tool offers high scalability, making it suitable for both small businesses and large IT teams or managed service providers. The flexible pricing model and the ability to pay only for needed features make NinjaOne particularly cost-efficient.
Compared to other RMM tools, NinjaOne scores with faster performance, easier handling, and greater adaptability to the individual needs of users. It can also be easily integrated into existing IT infrastructures and offers excellent customer support. Overall, NinjaOne offers an excellent price-performance ratio and is a recommended solution for IT teams looking for a powerful and flexible remote management software.
NinjaOne is among the first 5 products I start in the morning. We use the tool daily, and therefore it must work - no ifs or buts.
In particular, the implementation of the user interface is extremely simple, resolved, and requires little to no training from my perspective. It is self-explanatory, and anyone can start right away. The use for agent rollout is also well and easily implemented.

What do you dislike about the product?
The analysis, reporting, and long-term retention (e.g., from monitoring) should be possible retroactively for 365 days. Competitors are somewhat better in this regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In summary, it can be said that NinjaOne addresses many of the everyday challenges faced by IT service providers and MSPs by offering a user-friendly, scalable, and automated solution for device and network management. The features for security, remote maintenance, automation, and reporting help to increase efficiency, reduce error rates, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Really good so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's really nice to have multiple IT functions under a single roof. The ability to consolidate patch management, health monitoring, remote access, documentation, etc into a single service create a ton of efficiency in my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like some of the services can improve (and will improve over time). I attempted to use the built in IT documentation and didn't find it dynamic enough to migrate my existing documentation solution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consolidating multiple IT services under 1 roof
The best remote monitoring tool so far
What do you like best about the product?
- Monitoring and management of an infrastructure is massively simplified by Ninja
- Includes all the tools necessary for management.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be a bit more intuitive in some areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not entirely sure what the question is aiming at.
Solid Application for Company Needs
What do you like best about the product?
All in one application that serves many needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpdesk notifications are a little clunky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quicker more responsive way of accessing clients computers. The ability to set up a new more easy to use help desk. Updating client computers directly from the application.
Looks good, is fun, can do much more than competitors, AI integration could be more
What do you like best about the product?
Visually appealing 10/10
Dashboard is clear (but not perfect! -> in some places it is not quite as intuitive) 9/10
Functions are very good except for minor details 9/10
Documentation (Dojo) is suitable but could be kept a bit more up-to-date and describe details better 9/10
Support is generally great, even with Zoom if necessary 9/10
I use it daily, rarely if ever any disruptions (unlike the competitors here, I get emails and always grin that it doesn't interest me anymore) 10/10

What do you dislike about the product?
When introducing the systems, good quick standards that can be quickly adopted are missing. Here, it would be more contemporary to make the first steps quickly with somewhat more intuitive templates and with AI / AI assistant chat bots, etc. Integration into the systems (but here NinjaRMM is only half the battle) works rudimentarily, e.g., custom fields, etc., may need to be manually addressed in other systems. It would be great to have low-code for mapping / the API data for other systems (complaining at a high level). NinjaRemote -> Main tool of choice, unfortunately only 8/10 here, an extremely important tool -> Predefining desktop resolution as standard is NOT possible :(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring servers and workstations (and now mobile phones via MDMs)
Software distribution
Patch management
Monitoring logins
Scripts / Automations

Ninja makes daily work much easier.
What do you like best about the product?
Simple connection to server via Ninja Remote. Well-functioning update management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Ninja Remote doesn't work at all with certain servers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't know Ninja One Solving
Pleasantly Pleased
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and light. I can keep an eye on my systems from my phone or PC. I can get an alert when critical systems are down or aren't connecting. Setting up the agents is a tad cumbersome, but worth the work. Support is pretty responsive too. They are willing to help with most issues brought to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features don't work correctly. That could be windows fault or Ninja, but often times OS updates and software updates fail. I would also like to see more versatility with systems that don't connect too often such as laptops. Have a setting where some things happen when it next connects and keep a log.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Originally, this solution was used just to manage my systems remotely and then I started using them as a remote support tool.
