What do you like best about the product?
Fantastic scalability and availability. It doesn't matter where my users are, I'm able to remotely help and patch PCs. Deploying the software was painless and we were able to install on all of our computers in a few weeks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No conditional access for the MDM product.

A very good RMM platform, a better business partner
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and deployment.
Good value.
Ninja is an excellent business partner. I feel that Ninja's values as a company are much like my own. I like that Ninja is focused on success of MSP partners, rather than solely on their own bottom line.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like more timely support. If we're opening a support ticket, we've already spent time trying to resolve on our own. Our time is literally money, and we need access to effective support asap when requested. It's not always practical for us to shift focus back to an issue at a later time when Ninja support is able to work with us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote support via Ninja Remote.
Software deployment, configuration and automated tuning via scripting.
Backup via Ninja Backup and SAAS backup for MS365.

Efficient, Easy-to-Use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a solid win for our IT team. It's easy to use, with a good interface and intuitive workflows that assist us with onboarding . We rely on it daily for patching, remote support, and maintaining an inventory of devices. These all work reliably and require minimal ongoing maintenance. Implementation was fast, and support has been responsive whenever we've needed assistance. The platform integrates well with our environment and offers a good balance of features without becoming overwhelming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our biggest struggle is with reporting. Core functionality is excellent, but the reporting tools available via the portal are a little behind compared to the rest of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before NinjaOne, we struggled with patching and knowing the posture of our devices. We had limited visibility into the endpoints themselves, and our remote support tool was expensive. NinjaOne has helped us centralize and automate these processes, which has reduced the workload on the team to accomplish these tasks. The team can now patch systems and provide remote support quickly and easily.
Approachable and versatile solution
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a great tool for us. It has been versatile and stable, and the company listens to feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out specifically as an area of weakness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us manage multiple devices and services in a simple, efficient, yet powerful way.
Easy to use with an intuitive interface
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne makes it very easy to filter my device list by any attribute I need. The custom filtered views that I create can be saved and they then become dynamic groups that can be targeted with automations or other actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to see at a glance in the Devices view which endpoints are idle or have no one logged in. To figure out if it's safe to force a reboot of an endpoint, you have to click each endpoint to find the idle time value or if a user is currently logged on. It's a small nuisance, but our previous RMM gave us this ability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we deploy more and more mobile devices that regularly leave our campus LAN, it has become critical that we utilize a cloud-based endpoint management solution.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making updates to the portal makes things extremely easy to manage all our assets in one place.
All in One RMM tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how many different tasks that are usually done separately and is time consuming is easily integrated all into NinjaOne. Also being able to view the task manager of a device, remotely reboot, run powershell, view event log, view disk space, etc without having to remote in is ridiculously helpful and saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever you remote into a device and disconnect, it will automatically have the setting "lock remote desktop" on by default. Every single time you remote into a device, you have to go to additional settings > Session, and change it to "no action" every time before disconnecting as to not disrupt the original user. Even though it's a few seconds, it's quite annoying that you have to change the setting every single time so you don't lock out the person using the device before you remoted in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves lots of time, allows me to do my job faster.
