What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM helps us automate everyday tasks and better manage our daily routine while enforcing standards. With several thousand devices, we maintain consistent control and use it with automations multiple times a day or even from a smartphone outside of regular working hours. The integration of backup and antivirus brings everything together in one central location. The web interface is usually intuitive to use, which also helps end-customer technicians with their own access without extensive training. Support is usually quick in case of errors and analyzes problems directly remotely with a technician, as access from support is restricted for data protection reasons. Furthermore, the system has been continuously developed since its implementation a few years ago, and our contact person, Andre H., specifically points out interesting features to us and enables them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard is designed for patching. Independent views for system status and backups are missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep an overview. With many hundreds of customers, you have to do justice to all of them, the RMM also keeps these customers in the foreground.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has proven to be an invaluable tool for simplifying and streamlining IT management for our clients. With real-time monitoring, remote management, patch management, and documentation, it's become an essential tool that we rely on daily to serve our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Product documentation and support could be better. Some processes, such as managing online backups are confusing and difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps us efficiently monitor, maintain, and service our clients, allowing us to provide them with advanced monitoring, management, and security services at an affordable price.

Great all around RMM

What do you like best about the product?
It just works. Coming from another RMM product that didn't work well at all and rarely got updates, Ninja does a great job and being simple and usable and works very well. Also gets updates and features often, some of which are driven by the community.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had a few instances where I had to reinstall the software or reboot the PC for the software to work properly, however not often. Also the Remote tool can be a bit slow to work after a PC has booted up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being an all in one solution that works well while not being too complicated. Very user friendly.

Very reliable and dependable RMM solution for MSP's.

What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is pretty easy platform to work within. Once you understand what you are trying to perform, it is not hard to figure out what you would need to configure in the platform. Implementation of the platform was easy to do and we use this as our everyday platform. We have done everything without the need of using customer support but have heard through the MSP Subreddit that they have great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Patch Management and 3rd Party software update is still a work in progress but its not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to remote into and support our customers endpoints and Servers as we will install the agents on all customers endpoints that we manage and support. The Patch Management is something we use as part of it but it is not great but it is sufficient for now.

Easy remote assistance

  • May 23, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to search for a computer with just the persons name and being able to connect quickly. Saves time on having the user give us some sort of identifier from their computer they may not be familiar with. I use it almost daily in my job as a tier 1 tech.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you wipe a computer and re-enroll it, NinjaOne will keep the old PC in its tenant and you will have to delete it manually or have duplicates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out updates to PC's more easily than before. Easier time remoting onto machines when users require troubleshooting. Makes my job easier and helps the customers not get confused when we need to connect to their machine.

What do you like best about the product?
It is clean, fast, and easy to use. I really like the web based powershell console, and the ability to use powershell to update custom fields.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that they have added the backstage console for Ninja remote, there is nothing missing that I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to manage almost all of our endpoints with minimal fuss.

What do you like best about the product?
Remote access is so easy to use, easy to add users for remote access too. We are also finding installation of applications and running scripts to be very useful.

There are so many capabilities it is hard to know it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to servers and clients to see issues in real time and fix them. Also, we use it to run setup scripts and install packages.
