Centralized Management & Great UI, But Pricing Could Be Clearer

  • November 04, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the most about the NinjaOne product that I can see the computers and servers in one central place. It can replace a lot of automation tasks, and the reporting feature is also very useful! Its user interface is easy to use and well-designed, providing great clarity. Good support and community assistance are also readily available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is a bit confusing. New features often require additional license fees from customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne handles client- and server-side automation brilliantly.

Unified Interface Makes Endpoint Management Effortless

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the unified interface pretty much, as it allows me to quickly create a structure where organizing and locating my endpoints is very straightforward. Additionally, when I open one of my endpoints, the overview blade proves to be both convenient and sophisticated. Running a script or accessing the desktop is also quite easily accessible. The deployment with the lightweight agent is also efficient, especially when I integrate it with our OS installer solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though NinjaOne is one of the better RMM tools I have ever used, I have a few pain points and limitations. For example you can run scripts easily, but building if-this-then-that style automations across systems is still somewhat manual. On the other hand Reporting could be more granular, the built-in reports are useful but not highly customizable — especially if you need detailed executive or compliance reporting. The built-in remote access tool is reliable but lacks advanced features like multi-monitor management finesse, file transfer queues, or detailed session logging that some other platforms offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves the challenge of managing and maintaining a large number of endpoints efficiently from a single, unified platform. It automates routine IT tasks such as patching, monitoring, and remote support, which significantly reduces manual workload and human error.

Great Remote Access, Patch Management

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The remote connection and patch management
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't pick up all patches that are required for a machine and manual intervention is required, their support is currently investigating if this is a wider issue they can solve for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single pane of glass for device management tied into Intune

User-Friendly Interface and Support, but Vulnerability Management Needs Improvement

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I think it has a nice UI and is easy to navigate. There support documents have been useful and the team are very helpful. We are starting to use more features all the time with clients and have gotten good use out of the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The vulnerabilities setting keeps lots of devices red and it can be hard to clear this if the device isn't online and you can't queue OS Patches
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very helpful for keeping clients up to date with updates and being able to monitor system resources. Being able to create scripts allows us to plan actions and keep onto of issues before they arise.

Easy Onboarding and Great Support, But MDM Setup Needs Improvement

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to onboard computers and laptops. I also like the options we have to use when connecting to computers to help out our customers. When contacting Customer Support, they are very helpful and respond back quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that I think can get better is the MDM. When setting up an Android tablet and iPad. Adding the Policies to the tablets is not an easy process. I think there needs to be more options like adding screen rotation to the setting when notifications are turned off. If this is an option, we can't find it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we have issues with NinjaOne, they solve them right away. The only problem we are having right now is with MDM and we just found out this past week, and we need to reach out to NinjaOne.

Feature-Rich Remote Access with Room for Smoother Updates

  • November 03, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
There is a lot of features that, in the past, required several different applications to perform. Installing it and utilizing it for remote access for the first time can happen while on the line with a client and there are a lot of automation features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could definitely handle certain software update deliveries better and it can have a delay when restarting the pc being worked on to reflect that in the activity status within the dashboard but it usually allows reconnections after 2-3 minutes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote work/access to devices across the nation
