We use NinjaOne RMM to manage my clients' PCs and help desk tickets.
What do you like best about the product?
Complete package that has modules that work well together. I really like the integration with BitDefender Gravity Zone. Training is good to get a fast start. I am a one man consultancy and NinjaOne helps me stay ahead issues while keeping my clients machines working better than well. I believe that NinjaOne has helped them stretch the life span of their Win 10 machines with regular maintenance. Support is easy to request and the techs have been very for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have time to be a guru of their entire system, so its taking me longer than I normally would, but it gets better after each training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients are frugal and still have a lot of Win 10. They are all very happy about the performance of their PCs, they saw an uptick weekly for the over the first month. Occasionally I have to kick off a maintenance task and clear drive space, remotely kill services that spike and setoff alerts. My income surely went up after NinjaOne was installed.
Great Remote Support, Fantastixc 365 backups, great options, backuo side is lacking
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about it is the ease of use and the easy understanding of the program both user and tech side.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had a very large amount of NinjaOne Backup Failures
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are constantly improving there platform which is a huge benefit and isn't always the case with competitors,
Clean and easy to find pertinent info once you understand how it's laid out
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to frequently use, has a functional layout
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be difficult to sort assets correctly, particularly if you have companies that have similar names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Has a lot of integration support, easy to send WoL commands quickly and integrates well into HaloPSA
In itself, I am very satisfied because Ninja offers many features without having to navigate to the server.
What do you like best about the product?
That you can use AD functions via software, that you can perform a ping test in the user context via the console.
What do you dislike about the product?
The service unfortunately does not restart during a server reboot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unfortunately, from time to time, Ninja Remote access is not possible when the Ninja RMA Agent is installed on a server and the server has been rebooted; the service is not running 80% of the time.
No problem, it has always worked in my 3 years
What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything negative, as I mostly work as an end user and it works great, with internal devices and external devices. The connection to customer systems also works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure connection to customer systems is critical and important. At the same time, it must always work.
So far, only positive experiences with Ninja.
The API also works great and is used very actively by us.

This RMM is simple yet very powerful.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use right from integration. We moved from our previous RMM to NinjaOne in 1 day and had all our clients and their infrastructure up and running.
All of the required information is right at our fingertips, so we can fix critical issues immediately. The reporting, alerting, and scripting are all very customizable and powerful. There are many extra features and application addons, all of which I would say add immense value to the product. We are just implementing the workstation backup options, and are clients are loving it.
I contacted customer support multiple times during implementation, and they were extremely helpful. They were able to not only answer and solve my issues but they also went above and beyond helping me.

What do you dislike about the product?
NMS SNMP is still somewhat limited, but we have been assured that this is being worked on for the Fall 2025 update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne displays all our client information such as network device issues, or patch management problems, right where we require it, in splash screens on the front page. This shows us exactly what is happening, sorted by critical issues at the top. No more digging to find information.
A Driving Force Behind Our Success
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja's flexibility as a product overall allows us to support and manage diverse environments. While its scripting engine has allows us the no-hands onsite ability to deliver, update and modify nearly anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
Third Party integration, when connecting a third party tool it seems to be able to see/access all tenant in a multi tenant system.
If a client asks to integrate a ticketing system and you need to use the third party approach, we were unable to limit it seeing other tenants.
