NinjaOne Review
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a game-changer for our IT operations at Innovative Computers. We primarily use it for RMM, endpoint management, patching, and MDM, and it’s streamlined our workflows significantly. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy to monitor and manage devices across multiple clients, with real-time alerts that help us stay proactive. Patching is seamless, keeping systems secure and up to date without manual headaches. The MDM features have been solid for managing mobile devices, ensuring compliance and security.
The reporting tools are robust, allowing us to generate detailed insights for clients, which has improved our service delivery. Integration with tools like QuickBooks and vTiger has been a big plus for automating asset tracking and billing processes. The only area for improvement would be more advanced customization options for the dashboard to tailor it further to our specific needs.
Overall, NinjaOne’s reliability and ease of use make it a top choice for MSPs looking to scale efficiently. Highly recommend it for IT teams needing a comprehensive, user-friendly RMM solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike about NinjaOne, in fact I have zero complaints. Anything it can't do today, they are working on developing it for tomorrow and listen to their customers requests to add new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne solves several key IT management challenges for us at Innovative Computers. It streamlines remote monitoring and management (RMM), allowing us to oversee multiple client networks from a single, intuitive platform, reducing response times and improving efficiency. Its endpoint management simplifies device oversight, ensuring we can track and secure all endpoints effortlessly. The patching feature automates updates across systems, minimizing vulnerabilities and saving us hours of manual work. Additionally, MDM capabilities ensure mobile devices are compliant and secure, which is critical for our clients with remote workforces.
NinjaOne is great, would reccomend

Ease of execution in script deployment and Registry Modification
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a relatively new Ninja user, but so far, I have been impressed with the functionality of deploying scripts, scheduling system actions, automate actions, and the ability to access and modify the registry of AVDs. This feature has saved me a lot of time and made accessing registries of multiple AVD registries easy and convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found anything to dislike in using NinjaOne.

NinjaOne - Easy, simple, efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. A vast amount of device information without the hassle of going on a goose chase trying to gather information. The benefit of being able to see warranty information for a large number of computer brands. Easy to support end users with problems, remote support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Consider making report creation simpler, maybe a drag-and-drop report wizard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate device information is used to provide the business with replacement recommendations. Faster turnaround time on providing end user remote support. Managing our endpoints and keeping them relevant with the latest patches.
NinjaOne has done a lot to help our IT staff be more efficent.
What do you like best about the product?
Remote control and also login on the backend. MDM is easy to setup and implement as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any software it is a work in progress. Being able to search on a phone number in the MDM would be wonderful if we could do that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed a good remote tool that would also give us many details of each workstation.
Also needed a good tool for our MDM to push software out and also be able to shadow the device so we can see what is displayed on the device.
Also needed a good tool for our MDM to push software out and also be able to shadow the device so we can see what is displayed on the device.
Makes endpoint management a lot easier, integrated remote control and other tools work well.
What do you like best about the product?
The automation the solution brings to endpoints saves time and resources. A good integrated remote control solution along with optional features like remote cmd and powershell sessions. The support team is great and very responsive and the knowledge base articles are very helpful. I can easily see overall health and security of my environment at a glance. The integrated ticketing makes it a great all in one package. The new AI for patch management is really helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
OS patch management and 3rd party software updating works but can be very temperamental. Not very good reporting on why things fail. or looking at failure messages, indicating what device it corresponds to. Very limited list of apps for 3rd party updating as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to automate information collection on endpoints is huge. License keys in use, bitlocker status, if certain folders do or don't exist makes things a lot easier for us. The remote management works great and saves us from purchasing another solution. Patch management is better than the old WSUS server days with a lot of reporting available. Using it as well to enforce policies, such as our AV solution and other software packages, enforce power profile settings, makes all that very simple.
Robust platform that's easy to use but not quite ready for MSPs
What do you like best about the product?
Strong integrated remote access app, good automation features, very easy to deploy via Intune or GPO, lots of automated 3rd party app deployments built in, good Windows patching tools, granular controls for organization permissioning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very poor considerations for MSP's. Cannot move an existing NinjaOne customer into an MSP's tenant without uninstalling all agents and redeploying. Reporting tools can provide deep info about certain functions but don't do the simple things well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is providing remote support tooling, automation, and patching.
Ever expanding device management system
What do you like best about the product?
Agent reliably runs on a variety of machines and is always reachable
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting on software versions is possible but not very intuitive. PDQ inventory is much better at this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to manage devices which aren't on our corporate network without requiring a VPN
