User-Friendly and Easy to Implement, But MDM Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and do the work needed. Implementation was very easy to get done. I have rarely needed customer support due tot he product being so user friendly. My team uses the product every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The MDM product isn't quite fleshed out as some other stand alone products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of item it solved for us right away was patch management and tracking.
Excellent RMM.
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne has been a game changer for my company. We never had a real MDM, and after exploring several options, we chose to use NinjaOne. From a day to day troubleshooting standpoint, it provides a plethora of tools we can use on the backend that lead to a less interruptive user experience. Because of the automation library, we have to remote in less to people's computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative experience we have had with NinjaOne is that every once in a while, automations as a whole seem to be broken by patches. When reported, these are often quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has solved a lack of control over devices. Before, the only control we had over devices was PDQ and actually remoting in to the machine. There was nowhere to get a software inventory or confirm that devices had all the mandatory security programs. Ninja provides us full visibility into every endpoint.
Powerful Scripting Capabilities, Limited Remote Control on Secure Networks
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create PowerShell scripts and push those for complex routines has been great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our users are on more secured networks and we cannot remotely control their device. We can still push scripts, but not the remote control feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
2/3 of our users are ever on our network, so a standard active directory solution was not working. We implemented NinjaOne along with Google Authentications for our Windows clients and things have gone great! The users are not managed with AD, but rather with custom scripts that we push out with NinjaOne. The remote scripting, updating, and remote control options have been great!
Keeps Endpoints Secure and Updated, Ensuring Compliance
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most impactful benefits has been its ability to keep all endpoints consistently updated and secure, reducing vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance across the board
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where NinjaOne could improve is its remote access tool—specifically, multi-monitor support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tasks like patch management, device updates, and routine maintenance have been streamlined, allowing us to operate more efficiently and focus on higher-level priorities.
Great System Visibility, But Reporting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about NinjaOne is being able to know what is going on with user systems in the environment. My team and I can make corrective actions on a user's system right then.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need better reporting features so that I can provide status updates quicker
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have users that work remote and NinjaOne is solving how we can remote into a user's system fix their problem immediately.
Efficient Patching & Remote Access, but Documentation Needs Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the patching process for both applications and Windows updates. It provides all the necessary information in a single pane of glass, and I also like how it allows me to remotely access someone's computer with just one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I find the documentation to be unclear. For instance, I've encountered issues when working with Custom Fields, particularly regarding how they interact with devices and locations within my organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly can tell if devices are not patched. Also, ensuring that machines are patched and giving the user appropriate time/prompting to close down work and reboot.
Peace of Mind Monitoring, But Needs More AI Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to be hands off on a lot of our servers knowing that Ninja is monitoring everything and will alert me if we have an issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish AI was more in plan within NinjaOne
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping an eye on our servers and will alert me when something happens.
Seamless Remote Access, But Dashboard Customization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Lately, I have really enjoyed the remote aspect of Ninja. Works seamlessly and doesn't require the user to install anything more than just the NINJARMMAGENT.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it was easier to customize the main dashboard to things I am actively wanting at all times. Sure that could be updated easily down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the MDM issue we were having and allowing for it to be seamless for all of us in the department.
Efficient Remote Access for Troubleshooting, but Not a Fan of the Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It Helps to remotely access and view all users computers in our organisations to help to diagnose and resolve problems more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The NinjaOne Remote does not run as smoothly as TeamViewer did previously it lags more and has a much lower resolution
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enables us to remotely support our staff with ease
Great All-in-One IT Portal, but Miss the TV Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Support team are great and having almost everything in one portal is something that i've wanted in IT for many years. Everything is generally fairly straightforward to implement and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Removing TV integration was a move that we weren't particularly happy with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notification fatigue is a real problem and keeping everything in one portal goes some way to help that.
