Comprehensive IT Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne is great int the way that covers it so many bases for your IT infrastructure needs. The way that all of the features blend together as well as the integrations make everything easily accessible through a single pane of glass. Implementation into an existing IT environment is seamless, even when transitioning off of other tools and services. The tool itself is straightforward and easy to use for everyday use. The team members from the company are very personable and provide excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one aspect of NinjaOne that I dislike is the way that patching is configured. The patching configuration is a bit too simplistic and it's hard to track any issues that arise from patching. You can see when patches fail but you really have to dig for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne helps solve the issue of juggling multiple services and vendors. Having everything go through NinjaOne helps keep things streamlined and efficient in terms of planning, organization, and management for our IT infrastructure.
A Well-Developing RMM Choice
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive interface is beautiful coming from a competitor who is now playing catch-up (even rebranding their tool as "Competitor One"). They're constantly updating and have a very active development team, who is quick to give you beta access to any feature they're working on. It's got great granularity and is only improving. I am looking forward to the more mature, focused, and powerful NinjaOne that comes with each patch.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne is moving fast. Redesigns of familiar features can cause a bit of confusion as you learn how to use your updated tool. That and the very messy "administration" tab are the only two things I can think of. Using this tool every day makes me wish we had adopted it a little later than we did, with some of the odd quirks slowly evaporating over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne is allowing a consistent connection to our clients and providing all-around ease of access to administer devices.
Custom Script Saving Makes Workflow a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can save custom scripts and deploy them as needed
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't make custom groups for deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
RMM mainly. We used to use WFRM, but NinjaOne has more features
Excellent RMM Features, But Ticketing Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The RMM tool is very useful, it has many features which make it a great RMM. The device information provided from the tool is very well laid out making usability very easy to learn for the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
NinjaOne Ticketing still needs a lot of work, it's not so intuitive and to create notifications for agents or simple things like this it's very complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to view information about all of our devices easily. We also have our RMM tool and helpdesk system through NinjaOne so unifies our systems. We're pushing out Windows updates through NinjaOne so increasing the security of our devices through the tool which is helpful.
Effortless Script Deployment, But Monitoring Needs Fine-Tuning
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to quickly deploy scripts to my entire environment and the granular patch control were the biggest benefits to me. Those features saved countless hours of work that had been done manually before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was disappointed in the monitoring/alerting feature. I could not fine tune it well enough to stop getting an abundance of false positives, especially "system offline" notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a single solution to deploy to all PCs was the biggest benefit. It was always quick and unlike intune, i never had a problem with scripts not running correctly.
NinjaOne Revolutionized Our IT—Powerful Features, But Pricing May Deter Small Teams
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaOne's intuitive dashboard and seamless automation have transformed our IT workflows. The robust patch management and remote access tools save hours weekly, while detailed reporting helps us proactively monitor endpoints. Easy deployment across our fleet of 50+ devices means less downtime and happier teams—truly a game-changer for and internal IT department like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
While feature-rich, the pricing can feel steep for smaller teams starting out, and there's no built-in PSA integration, requiring a third-party tool. Occasional script tweaks are needed for complex custom automations, but these are minor compared to the overall value
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaOne tackles fragmented IT management by consolidating remote monitoring, automated patching, and alerting into one intuitive platform—solving issues like manual updates, reactive fixes, and siloed tools across our 50+ endpoints. Benefits include 50% faster resolutions, proactive downtime prevention, and freed-up team time for strategic work.
Intuitive Interface and Easy Onboarding, will be Great when Winget Patching is Dialed IN
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive and it's the initial onboarding of devices is very easy. The product has a lot of features and it's easy to keep devices organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Winget implementation for patching 3rd party products is inconsistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a solution to centralize patch management, specifically 3rd party software. NinjaOne has a repository of 3rd party software (Adobe Reader, Chrome, Firefox, etc) and they're integrating the Winget repository which would increase the 3rd party offerings by a substantial amount.
Remote Management Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I think it does exactly what I wanted it to do. I can remotely manage alot of devices with ease. I especially like it for deployments. Its super easy to install and manage and it doesnt take a lot of maintenance to be effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I stretch the screen while taking over multiple monitors on the calibration gets thrown off when I click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management of all kinds and remote support.
Effortless to Use and Works Across All Operating Systems
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and compatibility with multiple OS's
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't found anything i really dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The complexity of other systems
Great support
What do you like best about the product?
Web-based, integrations, support, proactive offerings of features
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - other than the fact some features are extra cost but this is to be expected with this kind of software regardless of vendor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing and tracking infrastructure health as well as patching; both help us in our compliance journey.
