A very versatile and reliable product
What do you like best about the product?
I've had Ninja RMM deployed in my environment for several months now and it yet to disappoint me. We needed a product that could patch endpoints that rarely connect to our network and this has been the ideal solution. It's easy to use without unnecessary features. One of my favorite features is the remote connection to PowerShell or the command line. Their support is excellent and new features are added regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't really much to dislike. It's an excellent bang for your buck.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Windows Updates. Our users used to have to get on the VPN then wait for their endpoint to receive patches from the WSUS server. This was unreliable. Ninja allows our end-users to bypass the VPN and receive approved updates like they were getting them directly from Mircosoft.
Simple No Nonsense Solution To It Management
What do you like best about the product?
It's very intuitive, it's easy, and it works. From a glance I can see exactly what's going on in any given organization and quickly get to work solving problems. Deployment to workstations is pretty strait forward, clean and silent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything yet, but my coworkers have mentioned it lacks some more powerful fea
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More efficiently resolving problems for our clients and preventing issues before they become a problem.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Works great, especially for small business that need something simple and easy to use.
Good to manage and monitor your incidents and network.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a rich variety of functions for remote management of IT equipment operations as well as a highly customizable central pane for different needs that your business or technical team may have. It offers a simple and effective way to monitor remote devices such as servers within internal infrastructures, virtual machines, and various IT operational systems. In addition to this it has a network management agent which allows its users to drive configurations and monitoring on systems such as printers, firewalls, routers, perform backups which helps to reduce downtime and increase the efficiency in the management of your network.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of their features are not fully developed but I know those features are in the roadmap and I'm looking forward to its arrival. The reporting functions lack more depth in functionality, it seems to fall short in the tasks you perform. They don't have a mobile app available for Android devices, only for iOS devices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NinjaRMM has allowed the support of our technicians, customers and 3rd party apps to be a more transparent and simple task, offering functionalities that improve the productivity of our team members as well as the remediation of various types of problems that can arise. Particularly it has been of great help its process of deploying patches to our machines, this being a highly difficult and conflicting task for many companies, so we are very grateful that NinjaRMM takes care of this process with a high level of efficiency like we've never experienced before.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
With the use of this great tool the benefits that were added to your company will be so diverse that you will show the changes in your productivity and workflow immediately. Its detailed data monitoring, alerting and monitoring mechanisms, integrated wizard to facilitate the discovery of devices in your network, network management capabilities, NetFlow, policy management, reporting and endless features that will make the management of IT operations and customer support an efficient and organized task for your organization or company.
Great Patch Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
NinjaRMM is a great patch management solution. What I like the most about it is how lightweight it is, both on the client-side and the back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is the inability to do any type of on premises deployment to reduce update bandwidth during patch deployments. Since NinjaRMM uses the existing Windows Update locations, if you are deploying patches to multiple machines on the same network you can start to cause some bandwidth issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the amount of time I had to spend creating deployment packages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a lightweight cloud-based solution that requires very little setup, this is the solution for you. I would highly recommend this for anyone who manages a lot of laptops and a mobile workforce. But, if you are looking for an SCCM replacement where you can fully vet and test every patch and create custom deployment packages, this won't really work for you.
GREAT Product, EXCELLENT Support
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite features are the mobile app (really nice tool), TeamViewer/Splashtop integrated remote support. The software inventory is quite impressive. The scripting library is quite nice and very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The patch management could some work, I find that I occasionally have to deploy a patch twice before it is listed as installed. The other main issue I've run into are scheduled reboots not always taking place as scheduled (even if the machine is powered on). I'm having a bit of trouble getting WOL to work reliablely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using it to be more efficient with my time. NinjaRMM's integrated Teamviewer Remote Support allows me to remote into machines that are in other locations without having to always go onsite to resolve issues.
Better every release
What do you like best about the product?
The improvement and features that keep getting added
What do you dislike about the product?
Some missing features, like folder monitoring for such things monitoring log files of running software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pushing out Updates to update third party apps, monitoring and restarting important services on critical PCs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great Company, growing every day.
Ninja for internal IT team
What do you like best about the product?
The software is a cheap month-to-month agent with robust features. It is very easy to use and can accomplish most basic support functions within minutes of installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some search functionality is counter-intuitive. Still a young software and growing out its feature set
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote management, software deployment, patch management, documentation
Great Experience with Ninja
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and implement and the cost is good. Reporting has been very helpful in working with end users. Also helpful in identifying potential problems before they happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. Would like to see more reports available, specifically for software licensing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is great. Also enjoy the reporting. I have been able to implement equipment replacement plans and upgrades with great success by using reporting. It is easy to show a client where they are deficient, why certain systems are slower than others, and helped to identify potential problems before they happen.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try. It was easy to get help, implement and test.
Cheap, Reliable, Simple to Use, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ninja is a fantastic RMM tool that offers, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck. It's a little lighter on features than other RMM's on the market but it still gives you all the tools you need to get the job done. Now, as with any software, we've experienced some technical issues, but my experiences with their support have been unmatched and my issues have always been resolved. WELL DONE.
What do you dislike about the product?
As previously mentioned, its a bit lighter on features than other RMM's, but it still gets the job done. Navigation can also be a bit tricky as they went for the whole "single pane" approach, so some of the placement isn't exactly the most intuitive. Some minor bugs, but it's a newer product and they've all worked themselves out. Also, their mac support is abysmal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to keep a close eye on our network and take action in a serious way very quickly if need be.
Great product that leaves competitors looking like software from the 90's
What do you like best about the product?
The range of features integrated into NinjaRMM are extensive, for example I have just set up Netflow on my firewall and pointed it to my NinjaRMM NMS, now I can view traffic flow and statistics from anywhere.
The value for money is also incredible, rather than paying for antivirus and remote access software you get it all in one bundle cheaper than we could even get bit-defender on its own.

What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of Linux agent, but apparently it will be released early next year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Updates are now simple to manage, updates can be done without even logging into the server.
Scripts can be run to push out new versions of our internal software.
Searching by a users name will bring up the computers they have logged into saving time from going through spreadsheets.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
NMS takes a bit of time to detect Syslog and Netflow traffic, give it time :)
