The best friend for system administrator
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easily accessible for both administrator and user. Help to efficiently manage the SSO application

It takes a lot of space for the cookies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using SSO and IAM for access, but we are preparing to utilize the full range of its features.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very simple and very user friendly. I liked ID and device Management very easy. And the security policy deployment is very easy task here.

Premium and Higher - Tier Pricing Plans.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about JumpCloud is how effortlessly it integrates with a wide range of systems and applications, which makes managing users so straightforward for our business. The platform’s flexibility and robust security features are truly impressive. Plus, the exceptional support team adds an extra layer of reassurance, giving us peace of mind while using the service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support is lacking a bit but they are sending links so this is not completely helpful and trial features are less .Jumpcloud is very expensive as compare to other softwares as it's difficult to implement .
I found that jumpcloud apple software is very buggy, broke hard during OS updates , and will push out updates to your clients without giving notice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud interface is also very good as it is also providing multi-factor and passwordless authentication, API integration are also simple to implement for Mobile App development.
JumpCloud - an all in one platform solution
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud provides multiple services (e.g. User Management, SSO, Device Management) across different packages which allow teams to pick and choose what services they need. It is a wonderful all-in-one solution and I find myself lacking very few features.
What do you dislike about the product?
User Management is limited to just creating accounts, and I wish it went a bit farther (e.g. putting users into groups, assigning titles).
For "User Management," a user's manager has to be filled in manually, which is an extremely difficult task, and this field can not be exported to partner vendors (google) which is extremely detrimental for some teams (my team in particular has a lot of workflows in google that work based on a user's manager,) which we now have to fill with something other than JumpCloud.
Android device management is severely lacking, especially compared to other vendors (SOTI)

JumpCloud allowed us to merge our device management platforms into one suite (Jamf Pro and Kaseya), and has allowed us to start using SSO

What do you like best about the product?
We managed users and devices, and applied a password policy to secure our device.
What do you dislike about the product?
No. Nothing is disliked about this tool.

When we facing issue with run a script on devices using jumpcloud command section run a script on multiple devices. And create a users and device group. So we can manage easily.

Impressive Platform for IT Management
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using SSO with a single password for all the applications that I use, and, from a security perspective, the use of an authenticator to validate the login is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now, as I started using this in very recent times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is enabling me to not keep track of multiple passwords by providing SSO for multiple applications that I use on a daily basis. I can easily log in at all times.
