What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is great because it lets you manage users and devices from the cloud without needing traditional servers. It works across Windows, Mac, making IT management easy. The security features, like multi-factor authentication and Zero Trust policies, help keep everything secure. Plus, it integrates well with tools like AWSWorkspace and Microsoft 365. It's especially useful for remote teams since you can manage everything from anywhere.

JumpCloud can be a bit tricky to learn at first, especially if you're used to Active Directory. some settings take time to find. It also has fewer policy options than the AD

JumpCloud makes managing different operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux much simpler by letting us handle everything from one cloud platform. It has made adding and supporting remote employees a breeze, while built-in security features such as multi-factor authentication keep our systems safe without extra hassle. Plus, JumpCloud easily connects with other tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, reducing the time spent on integrations and lowering our overall costs by eliminating the need for physical servers.
