Excellent, easy and powerfull service !!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is full friendly, easy and functional, all resources relations is amazing, in my case use app for test about SSO with my platform and google cloud, is really faster configuration y free plan is good period for clear dobouts.
Documentation is good and solved frecuent problems.

Without a doubt, it is a great product.
JumpCloud is an excellent product for environments not currently managed centrally.
What do you like best about the product?
The robust capabilities especially within the MDM world as well as centrally controlling identities utilizing SSO.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't make as much sense to utilize this product if your environment is already domain controlled or utilizing something like Azure AD

MDM across Linux, MacOS and Windows is something that is difficult to find elsewhere.

Easy to navigate and set up. This makes managing remote devices a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
While all of the information you need can be easily found in the admin portal, the reporting aspect is severely lacking.

With the shift to a remote workforce this has made managing those users and devices relatively easy.

Great Simple to use Device Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is simple and easy to navigate yet robust enough to handle nuances. The option to get more granular but you don't have to be a computer science major to get something from the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing specific that I saw missing from the program when evaluating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had issues with controlling the software on computers and rolling it out among different devices without the hassle of manually updating each one of them specifically among phones. I tested this system as a way to use across numerous devices.

It works on multiple platforms, very easy to manage and even has a pretty good PowerShell module

Sometimes it's hard to get good support for complicated issues

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to use when compared to many of the other alternatives. I was able to start using it proficiently within minutes of being introduced to the product. Also, the customer service is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did find some of the documentation surrounding the product slightly confusing and hard to navigate for some of the more advanced features. The customer service was able to resolve all the issues I had despite the documentation.

Managing employee machines and other necessary IT needs within our small organization. Manage permissions on machines and network. Managed access to machines and near real time permissioning.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that the UI / UX is way more lean & user-friendly than other competitors' solutions. JumpCloud focuses on a few things and tries to excel in them. I also like that the jcc agent has command-line capabilities. The team is helpful and open to feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the UI / UX is slick, I just can't wrap my head around the "slide-in detail view" which makes it hard to navigate, or use the browser's "back" & "history" features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud solves our Mac fleet device management, especially when it comes to custom policies. Creating custom policies is quite straightforward.
