Easy to setup, free to start, completely self service
What do you like best about the product?
Free to start, no interaction with sales required, completely self service, and their online guides were quite helpful and direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some parts of group setup and working with SSO applications were a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used JumpCloud on the engineering side to test out various SSO solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is best when we use Gsuite and linux Servers, I like it's compatibility over other services. And the best and affordable price range. Also it's more powerful for our needs in the company
What do you dislike about the product?
I expect some little changes in the UI so that users and administration can easily flow through it. Working with it is fine but user experience can be imrpoved. Make it better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have more than 300 employees in our organization and was looking for a better centralized password system. And there we got JumpCloud and it's amazing. Now we are doing well.
A positive experience, and solid security upgrade for a small business
What do you like best about the product?
I'm finding that Jumpcloud gives us an easy way to view and manage our computers for a team without a dedicated IT staff. We're small enough that we need the security of a managed network of remote workers, but without the internal expertise of managing ActiveDirectory. This is a good option for us to keep this inhouse while minimizing expensive hires or consultants.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started is challenging for a team without IT professionals - there is a steep learning curve. We did have to bring in a consultant to help us set it up. But once the set up happened, we were able to manage it ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Security. It gives us the ability to control how our employees use their computers, to centralize our technology policies, be able to lock out or wipe remote computers easily. In short, this is an important piece of our security protocol.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great service and a good value. If you're not a techie, I do think you need to jump in knowing that there is a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's really easy to manage.

It is a comprehensive and flexible platform, very easy to manage user identities, etc. It is also very secure. It is very good for cloud services. It is very easy compared to its competitors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very good cloud storage software. Using for storage. Using for API automation. Using for event logging. Yes, very productive using this software. Yes, performance has increased.
Quite impressive in the future. Nowadays everyone is moving from local storage to cloud storage
What do you like best about the product?
The tight security that is provided by the Jump cloud is the one which excited me to this service. In the era of online cheating and online theft Jump cloud id providing a great security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels like some refreshing and user ecperience issues while using Jumpcloud. Some of my friends who are using jumpcloud also had faced such similar issues. By fixing these kind of UI/UX issues it will be better to get a massive strike to the public
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud is the best cloud directory platform which provides it's users to experience a great exposure in the cloud usage. Jumpcloud has the feature of reminding login passwords and all in thr cloud itself which helped me alot while logging into many devices.

What do you like best about the product?
The IAM feature is amazing. Its super easy to use. Everyone in company uses it and I know that its very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its obvious that it is user friendly, sometimes new users may find it a bit difficult to access it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All users from Mac, Linux and windows can join remotely, while completely ensuring increased security. What I love the most is the high and best security while using it.
We were doing a small project based on cloud and JumpCloud made it easier meeting all of our needs.

I liked how simple is the console to use and control.
What do you dislike about the product?
As beginners, we found it a little difficult to adapt to the platform.

We were making a platform for our college. Thus we did not benefit financially.
Having a great experience on JumpCloud
What do you like best about the product?
The things i like the best about JumpCloud is it's unified device management and Jumpcloud access management technology. It helps me to centralize our teams resources using a single credentials insted of using separate ones for every team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing coming to my mind is the small delay and sometimes the servers are also going down and resulting in interrupting the teams workflow. In future updates i hope JumpCloud will take measure to give a better functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of using JumpCloud is that they provide a flexible and effective cloud directory. JumpCloud is used in our team for syncing Google workspace (G-Suite)
The best simplified experience
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me with managing users, security and assigning assets to users. This helps mainly those with non technical background to ease their work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technical, I love this software and I haven't seen any negative which I feel like disliking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing users account, assigning then assets like AWS, GSuits, security, managing their working groups and all.
