What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JumpCloud is best cloud directory. It helped us to simplify our operations and take control of the environment. The security is very great which helps in setting password and multi-factor authentication.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralised Management for all Platforms & Patch updates & Common Password Manager
All in all JumpCloud is a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and configure.
It is possible to create your own command and use your own profiles.
In case you need support, they are attentive and answer fairly quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's almost impossible to use the interface on mobile browsers.
The site does not show up well at all, whole parts of the interface are unaccessible even when using "Desktop view" in the browser, which is frustrating.
Another missing feature is the ability to run a command or a batch of commands on a one time basis. Currently I have to add the machine to a device list or command, run the command and then remove the device from the list. I find my self repeating this process many times - which is unnecessarily cumbersome.

It helps us manage our users and Macbooks / PC machines in a simple and efficient way. The SSO system is also pretty convenient.
The ability to manage IT using the cloud is much more quick and convenient than conventional IT management.

Great Alternative to AD for SMB!
What do you like best about the product?
JumpCloud is cost effective and allows us to deploy user management, in place of Active Directory where it is BEYOND SIMPLE for our technicians and clients to manage users and devices!
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of integrations such as Duo and O365 is challenging to wrap around at first and requires a bit of trial and error to configure accurately. Once deployed, all works great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Today, junior engineers do not know how to deploy correctly, configure and manage a solution as complex as Active Directory, so this allows us to manage users and devices without the extensive training needed for engineers.

What do you dislike about the product?
As Jumpcloud has added $500M+ in funding and has become a much larger organization, the Rev Ops and Customer Success leadership may consider better communications in forced uplifting and bundling changes. Early loyal customers should be able to renew at the same terms, especially if you became a customer when JC was not as large as it is today.

I have used mostly the SSO service. And the intuitive UI makes it easier to manage OIDC clients configurations

Should have built framework for different languages for integrating with their OIDC client
