Great product
What do you like best about the product?
Wha I like most about JumpCloud is the ease of setting it up and using the platform for managing users and groups.

Not much flexibility of AD attributes when using the LDAP service

One of its most unique features is its ability to provide a single sign-on (SSO) experience across a wide range of applications and platforms. Which is the one I liked the most
With JumpCloud, i can log in to the devices and applications using the credentials, eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords. So this feature is made possible through its integration with a variety of protocols and standards such as SAML, LDAP, RADIUS, and OAuth.

What do you dislike about the product?
Its pricing is based on a per-user per-month model, which can be more expensive than other identity and access management solutions that offer a flat fee for a set number of users or devices. Additionally, some users may find its user interface to be less intuitive than other identity and access management solutions, although this is subjective and can vary depending on individual preferences and familiarity with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is mainly helping me in business improve security, increase productivity, and streamline IT operations by providing a comprehensive identity and access management platform that is easy to use and scalable.

ease to use. Like that it's user friendly and learn all the features quick. Enjoyed the accessability and better than other softwares out there. Would recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Log in issues. Tech support is lacking. Need phone number and a IT person to help resolve the issues in a quicker timelier matter. Enjoy using it over all and window based makes nice

The quick and ease of verifying my identity. Comapny wide use is avaible to all valid employees and would recommend it for state of the art security and platform.

Free for limited users as we get up to speed and learn the product. All features are included.

The interface is a little confusing. For example under a users groups they are all listed. You put check marks against the ones that are required. Not so intuitive.

SSO mainly. We want a single place to manage our users and msg devices and passwords, app access and be able to support them too.

Compliance concern compared to some other competitors (for example, Okta)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We benefit from permission control and management, application management. Traditionally we might need to configure user access inside each individual apps but we can do in a single platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily assign access to multiple devices with a couple clicks. Makes user management easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price has gone WAY up. To get barebones is expensive. All features should be separate, so the customer can purchase what they need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing together multiple cloud environments without the need to manage individual accounts on each environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Central manage all your devices under one platform. MDM, Office 365 AAD sync, BitLocker via policies, update management and more!! Password manager, remote support, too much to name... it's awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
Complicated pricing, they should stick to bundles instead of add-ons that cost way too much money compared to other solutions on the marker. This is the only bad thing about the service.

What do you like best about the product?
Jumpcloud is one of the few device management platforms that works with multiple operating systems. We use it to manage our windows and linux corporate devices. They make it easy to get started and their free tier of 10 users/devices is a great way to get started with device management at a small organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing structure can be a little bit confusing when you first get used to it. It can be hard to design a plan/bundle that has the needed features while keeping the pricing competitive with other device management services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jumpcloud helps us solve our MDM requirements for windows and linux devices. Very few groups offer easy linux device management so streamlining this into a single service prevents us from needing an additional management system.
Great tool! Continuing to expand their offerings.

The main thing I find helpful about Jumpcloud is having so many different management pieces all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that Jumpcloud lacks, but nothing that isn't already being worked on or that couldn't be fixed with some small UI or UX changes.
